It doesnt really opposition this is where we have gone wrong focusing on whats against us

We need to focus on us and be the best version of us we can be ..

If we do that we can **** up anyone in the division if we can do that and move forward as a collective

Nothing can stop us even ourselves

One of the great motivational speeches. I'm welling up.

If a person hadn't visited this forum for a year and they read this thread, particularly the "expect us to win this crap league" type, they wouldn't know they'd been away!

It's all horribly reminiscent .

Bad generals overestimate the strength of their own troops and underestimate their enemies.

We're not generals though, we're fans giddy at the excitement of watching our brave and beautiful players face the feeble and destitute clubs of League 1.

Do we still get Prutts manning the coverage if we're in Skybet EFL League One or do we get the B Team, that Jules bloke and some other goblins

I don't think I can take a 46 game season with no Prutts

Thursday nights with Prutts, I can live with that. The same way I have some weird nostalgia for Channel 5, Thursday night Europa League followed by a bit of blue into the early hours

What’s not to like? Don’t lower league fans say to premier league fans that the real football is down here??

Doncaster away on a cold wet & windy Tuesday night should be enough to make you think all is not that bad??……..

Feel the same as when Champions League groups were announced, no idea if the opposition are any good, never watched their games because I'm not an unbearable football hipster

Me getting all this stick while @Tommy Fresh is watching some Bolivian fifth division club's u15s, with his notepad ready, on a stream rendered by about ten pixels that lags every thirty seconds, looking to find the next Marcelo Moreno.

I think if you had to look up who Porto were that probably says more about you than the people you're trying to throw shade at, pal.

I'm not settling for anything less than winning the league. Just need a striker and I think we'll do it.

What do you mean you're not settling?

It's not a legal negotiation, none of us have any say in the matter.

I have a feeling Plymouth are completely overlooked. They were 2nd/3rd over the last 25 or 30 game last season, they have lots of goals even without Tolaj and Cleverly seemed to adjust well halfway through. They seem to recite quite well generally. Oxford are bit underpriced by the bookies.

Not sure if its because I'm still half asleep but I've read this about 5 times and I still don't know what the **** it means lol

It means someone asked chatGPT for a mashup of Jay Shetty and Winston Churchill on acid.

Massively disagree. League 1 is absolutely garbage. I guarantee the 3 teams promoted last season will struggle in the championship.

Charlton, Birmingham and Wrexham did ok.

Neither do I

In fact I can't even remember typing it

As an outsider looking in the depression on this thread is grim.

For no good reason that I can see.

Yes you have taken a beating the last two years, and that is going to affect your attitude but good grief. Come on. Get behind your team !

But you are now a relatively big fish in a small pond. You will do well. At least you can start winning again.

It may take more than one season to get promotion. It may not. But it will come. It took Ipswich 4 years. But I think you are in a better position.

Foxes will rise but only if you, the supporters, get behind them. Do you want it or not ?

Birmingham and Wrexham have spent a fortune. Charlton were a surprise to be fair but generally, its a poor league, league 1.
