Solid, controlling half but this system and style is very reliant on threatening wingers and midfielders who make clever runs - we saw that under Enzo with Fatawu/Mavididi/KDH.

 

We just don’t really have that profile in the squad now.

Unless Alves had a knock why isn’t he starting?
 

For years there has always been at least one decision that is braindead per game week. This week it’s Alves being benched.

Bristric: unfit

Chaplin: sick note

Watson: Effort, but no end product

 

Passing: 10 for backward passes, a 2 going forward.

 

MK Dons have offered little so far. Frustrating that we're so inefficient going forward. Great chance for three points and building on something.

But we're so easy to defend against, because we take AGES to get something going.

Bobby, having missed the one on one, was put into the no10 slot and has been anonymous since, apart from tbat risky tackle near the end.

He's probably planning for mid week and sharing minuets. Cant be on ability as our wingers are rubbish
