The amount of player transactions in both directions this summer and just over the last couple of days tells you how much Rudkin held us back. Cant be a coincidence we finally get a DOF in and all of a sudden we are able to do this.

 

Whether they are all good players is a different question!

Like I said in the match thread tonight, cut out the shenanigans on the edge of our box, get it forwards quickly and let the attacking players run rings round everyone.  We'll have the beating of most.  We can rotate the positions regularly, plenty of options.

Last year of his Brighton contract too, if he hasn’t signed an extension we could just take him on a free next summer if he’s decent, and even if he extends would imagine we would be first in line, feels an extremely good deal

Made his debut at 16 in the EFL trophy, he was 17 when he played in the Premier League for Southampton.

Reading up more about him, he seems like a decent addition, nearly 100 games in League One. Reassured he can play as a CM so can cover for Page and Braybrooke, much needed in view of departures.

I think it’s sensible. 4 cms for a league one campaign makes sense. 2 injuries then what are we doing exactly?
