Saw Declan McKenna tonight at DMH. Good showman, 2+ hour set too.

Not been to DMH for a long time, it’s a lovely venue, it helps so much not having crappy agency staff but genuinely friendly and helpful stewards/bar staff etc. Easy to get in and out of as well

Is there a central resource where you can see exactly who’s playing and where in Leicester…?  I try and catch anyone half decent at the O2, otherwise I’m a little lost…

Had a bit of a result ticket-wise for my birthday.

Got Kings of Leon in Leeds in June

Foo Fighters at Old Trafford in June

The Streets at Halifax Piece Hall in August

Result!

Also off to see Children of Zeus in Leeds in May

Frank Turner at the Rescue Rooms in July, I thought he would have played a slightly bigger venue but there you go.

He's said he wanted to do a few smaller shows this time around. Doing Brundell in Leeds and its pretty much a pub

Wolverhampton for me.

I did the Dublin date on their last tour. Absolutely brilliant few days. Have a great time.

Ah brilliant, it's an amazing City. If you want any pub recommendations let me know and will send you some so I don't clog up the thread. Although mostly just avoid Temple Bar!

Got a late ticket to Springsteen in Cardiff last Sunday, he was superb.

He never disappoints but this one seemed a bit special.

Willie j Healey at the o2 tonight.

Exceptional performance and the guitar heavy stuff was outrageously good for a gig that cost ladt than £20.

Sat behind the band in the marquis as well and seemed like great lads.

Is it me but are Leicester crowds at gigs ****ing stiff or what? The stuff being produced on stage deserved so much more from the really quite reserved crowd.

Debating summer solstice 2 tickets, never seen Kasabian live before but one I'd love to see. Just not a massive fan of some of their newer stuff

Get down there.

Never try, never know...
