My polling station is about a one minute detour off my walk to work and I've got stuff on tonight, so thought I'd get it out the way. I was listening to the cricket on the way home from the gym earlier and they cut to the shipping forecast. I hadn't heard it for years and it's only 3 minutes long.

I don’t drink coffee so my caffeine tolerance is quite low. So when I had a tea at night it was keeping me up for a while, stared drinking camomile tea in the evenings and it hits the spot
