Yes it does have an effect on me. having said that, i'm not a fan of energy drinks unless it is with Jagermeister.

Talktalk have given me Sky Sports for free for 3 months :)

I wouldn't pay for this but I have to say this is great.I've watched loads of cricket and now I'm watching a programme called Sunday supplement. Fantastic.

Allegedly someone has scammed Martin Shkreli (he of the pharma company that pumped up the prices of essential drugs) to the tune of $15 million in Bitcoin.

 

This is the kind of stuff I feel really, really guilty for liking, but I can't help it.

 

What would make this even better: in a couple of days time, Amnesty International/charity of your choice announce an anonymous donation to them in the amount of 15 million bucks. That would be unreal.

More likely a group of people traffickers have sold a bunch of sex slaves to violent pimps and scum bags.

Yeah, possibly so, but one can dream.

 

In any case, if you're right then the money has merely moved from one sociopath to a group of other sociopaths. At least the latter are secure and honest about their sociopathy and disregard for all human life that isn't theirs (or rich) and don't bother with a PR campaign to obscure it.

second time in a few months NWI (a "neo nazi" group) have planned a march/demo in liverpool. first time they made it to the lost luggage area of liverpool lime street station before the police had to intervene for their protection and send them home. this time they did make it across the road before being penned into a corner and again having to rely on the police to bring riot shields to protect them. 

 

good times.

Being told that the company are going to take me out for lunch to say thanks for my service and rather than make me come in again tomorrow, will pay me for the day off.

 

New job starts Monday :)
