I used to love cassettes, making up mix tapes, blatantly recording music off the radio. Happy days.

 

War is also one of U2's better albums as well

i STILL HAVE A COUPLE OF THEM AN A FEW BOXES OF TAPE RECORDINGS OF 'tHE gOLDEN OUR' AND Simon Bates' Love Story.'

Oh happy days. ent downhill when I made up a cpllection on CD for a lady friend. Did not have the same feeling.

Not to mention tapes being eaten and/or stretched when they reached the end and the player didn't click off until it had stretched the tape a millimetre or so... resulting in the fabled tape drawl.

Oh, and the old rewinding the tape with a pencil trick.
