FoxyPV Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 Thanks for the past two years which have been great and as many others have said I hope Hull get relegated
hackneyfox Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 And what would be wrong with that? He obviously spends a fortune following City. Why should he continue to give all that time and money if the manager is shit? Unconditional support is okay for those without other commitments.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 sorry to see you go NP - real shame, got a funny feeling that MM isn't that bothered. Maybe he wanted it this way.... Agree with the first bit, however I would guess that Milan wanted him to stay. thanks forvyour work Nige, but Good riddance if you feel like that. Hull City ffs! Bring on Sousa or O'Driscoll
martyn Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 No offence but thats the biggest load of balls i've ever heard. Your support is conditional on your approval of whose in charge? No, my support is not conditional, my willingness to travel long hours and spend my Saturday's watching dross is, however.
ozleicester Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 Meh! Did a fair job in getting us out of the 3rd division, and a very lucky year saw us make the playoffs. He is no genius and wont be enormously missed.

I just think it's poor that before a ball is kicked he's made his mind up. He's not my first choice but if he gets the job we should get behind him 100% and will him to succeed not withdraw our support immediately in protest.
ian the fox Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 Ian Dowie sacks players by text message , and is not respected in football , in short hes a plonker
Mickey O'Neil Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 If no players leave then we have to get a new manager fast!!! Thinking about players like Hobb's - they would maybe only leave for Prem sides. I see that Fulham may need a new man, thought NP would have gone for that, not Hull? it's not gong to much of a Hard sell to Hobbs tbf. It's an easy sell when you've got parachute money. He'll just say "WBA and Newcastle bounced back, so can Hull." plus Hobbs more likely than not sees Pearson as an excellent manager, it's easy. Cheerio Jack,

Stop continuing to miss the point so spectacularly, engage your brain and read. I wouldn't be withdrawing "support" in "protest". I would simply rather not continue to travel to Leicester, and take out my entire Saturdays to go and see a team managed by someone who I firmly believe to be a complete numpty.

If Coleman gets the job my ST will be straight in the post. Would you support Wise where he to get the job?

What makes me chuckle a little bit is Adam Pearson came out the other day and said they wanted a proven and experienced championship manager........as much as Pearson did well here he was only in the championship for one season!! Whose to say he would of done great this season?! He prob would of but i wouldnt call him a proven and experienced championship manager. Maybe after next season but certainly not now.
Corky Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 Thanks for the last two years Nige, it was enjoyable while it lasted. Let's hope the new guy can continue the good work.
Koke Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 Mandaric will appoint an unknown Bosnian or Serbian manager who will play 3-3-1-3 Chile style. We'll score 100 goals but we'll probably concede 85 in the process.

With a round trip like that every other week, you cant knock his loyalty!Perhaps you could leave your house and drive to his and back again to see how many seasons you can last!

Alexikokopops Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 I love how a lot of people seem to be getting outraged at wither Milan or Pearson without any knowledge of what's actually happened behind the scenes.
Trickyfox Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 the more i think about it the more i'm starting to think NP has done the dirty on us.... MM is no mug and he is not going to kneel down to any demands from any manager... If players like Hobbs go then, so be it...
Lisburn Fox Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 I think we are being a bit kind to Pearson, I had him down a decent bloke who was a decent manager, I was even in denial he was going until it was inevitable. The truth is he is just another **** who thinks the grass is greener who is too good for us (forget the MM bashing). So my message is simple **** Off. I hope you take Hull down to the 3rd Division get sacked and end up where your personality belongs " jobless"
Fox in a Box Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 we want blood arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, there will be riots in the streets I'll tell thee......... blood we want.. Only one thing for it Mandalin!.............................. Waghorn
Trickyfox Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 how many managers have left city and 3 years down the line ended up jobless and worthless
filbertway Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 Haha, there are so many bitter people making ridiculous statements.
Lillehamring Posted 29 June 2010 Posted 29 June 2010 maybe it was just the thought of having to manage DJ for another season?
