Lloyd has had his up's and down's but under Sousa he is showing that he can cut it at Championship level on a regular basis even whilst the rest of the squad is struggling in areas. He's been a fantastic free transfer and he's benefitting from playing wide right and cutting in.

Dyer has always had good runs of form but then fades, hope it doesn't happen this time.

However well he does for us though i just can't see him being snapped up by a PL or higher Championship club though, unlike King who will definitely go either in Jan or next summer if he keeps this up.
