And surely, after a fee has been agreed, the only good news will be he's signed!

surrifox Posted 21 June 2011 Posted 21 June 2011 I assume that his apparent reluctance to leave leeds is associated with their disinclination to pay him anything out of the transfer fee. I think the rules state that the selling club is obliged to pay a percentage when the player is traded if he has not demanded a transfer. Leeds would say his failure to agree a new contract is tantamount to a transfer request, in order to withhold the dosh I'm guessing

Leicfox Posted 21 June 2011 Posted 21 June 2011 Good bit of business if we've snag him. 24yr is still young in keeper terms and he does make a few mistakes but he's still young enough to learn and improve. The one thing he does need to improve on imo, is his judgement of when to come off his line.

If he was on big wages here, they must be adding to them, as well as paying us over a million pounds in a transfer fee. Sven is going to leave the Foxes like he has left everything in his trail... feeling soiled, exploited, and sore in the arse. Jealous much?
