If you think it, post it.

I did.... I think it's very very harsh....

Maybe i'm being a bit harsh but the air con ran out of gas and I was stuck in traffic for an hour.

Well narkeh.

He is shit though and £1m is a good return considering what we paid.

Not harsh enough!

Im glad your air con ran out now!

lol

Just kiddin.... But on a serious note I think there are far worse players in the squad than Bamba.

However, if he wants out then let him go.

There are, so if anyone offers a decent price then we should let them go. Let them all go!!!

Bettsj2, your the biggest idiot if ever encountered, piss off

That's wonderfully constructed.

You should change your username to, 'Bamba's Bumboy'.

Hahahahahahaha!!!

I don't like him and guess what kid? I'm not the only one.

Get over it.

To be fair mate, I agree with you. I don't think he's shite but I don't think he's that good either. Think he's worth about what Trabzonspor are prepared to pay.

I'm a bit disappointed.

Typically there's people talking out their arses, calling him a 'bag of shit' and all the names under the sun, classic overreaction to a player who annoys them because some other people rate him.

Yes he has been gash for a few months, and he does have these spells in him, but earlier in the season (before he went to Africa) he was putting in some fantastic performances. Some of them were top class, such as the display against Real Madrid, where, friendly or no friendly, he was absolutely colossal (and lets not forget against Man City last season either). But that wasn't the only one, he has a number of dominant matches at centre back where his defending has been faultless.

Forget his sillyness for a second, he had it in him to be a Premiership defender. I don't remember his crazy antics ever costing us a goal, but I do remember it setting up good attacks at times. It's a shame because since I've been down to watch us regularly in 2007ish we haven't had a player who united and excited the crowd like he did. Of course he was immensely frustrating at times, but also brilliantly entertaining, and that's something we haven't had a lot of for some time. I mean, lets be honest, we are hideously boring to watch, I want to go to have a bit of fun and and see a bit of drama and excitement on the pitch, especially at those prices.

Sure he had his faults, his positioning was poor more often than not, he had a tendency to make rash challenges in the box, and he did have those games where he was just a complete donkey and cost us goals (and those have been too frequent since he returned from ACON). I'll regrettably and with a heavy heart accept the decision to let him go as one not without good reasoning, but some comments are way over the top.

By the way, £1m is too cheap, but that's what I've come to expect from every player we sell.

Gutted he might be leaving. I honestly

believe Pearson could have cut out his

Bad habits and turned him into an absolute

beast of a defender. But.... Meh!

I have heard from about 3 fans from other clubs that rate him as our best player just from their respective games. My particular fave was the 1-0 against Brighton ....literally was doing some crazy good things at the back. Would rather keep him

Vassell looked like Pele that game too.

Think thats abit harsh

Hes not quite 71 !

Bamba has a certain presence that people admire, hes certainly out of the ordinary and makes a great spectacle whilst being very competitive

I can accept that he'l be leaving, but we have certainly missed an opportunity to have a great player

That was quite common last season. I usually check opposing fans boards after we've played them to see the game from their perspective and Bamba is usually the one that gets singled out as being a player that they'd have in their team.

Apparently has a sell on clause, so Hibs will be due some money.

At least he's not going to another Championship club so he won't inevitably turn out two outstanding performances next season.
