I had a look at Wikipedia to see what Agnew's been doing since leaving us - he was Coach at Middlesbrough before Dull (and Wiki have still got him there, but it's still early for an update). Also interesting to see that Jordan Rhodes is his nephew.

I think what people have been basically trying to explain to you is that Managers have their favorite staff and players and that players have their favorite staff and managers. With the Back room staff that Bruce has been recently linked with, surely you must concede this as fact rather than opinion? some staff and player will want to join Bruce. Simple as that. Some players will want to join Pearson. Niothing to do with who is the bigger or better club...
