The People's Hero Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Presently I sort out the breakfast for the little man and the missus and then end up rushing a berocca and a bit of fruit. Its not ideal. I may go back to cereals each morning. Certainly fills you up a bit more. Anything with raisins or sultanas in I like - raisin bran or something,.
absolutelegend Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 It's hard to beat a crunchy nut cornflake

Keep off the fruit, you've already got more seeds in you than a pomegranate judging by the twins post and the little man.Energy sapping stodge is what you need.I'm a greedy tw@t,so like anything, but I do like a toasted muffin on a Saturday morning, with a couple of slices of strong cheese thrown in straight after coming out of the toaster.
cambridgefox Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 If you like Krave, I'd recommend trying these if you haven't already: Been around a lot longer than Krave and have a lot more of the Nutella stuff in 'em - tasty yep,and cheaper.
BoneDog Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Enjoying the old Honey Nut Loops at the minute.
Unabomber Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Got some peanut butter cheerios as a staple atm.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 4 Morrisons own brand weetabix type things with red grapes and a sliced banana. The breakfast of champions and guaranteed to make you both cleverer and more virile
Alexikokopops Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Chocolate on a breakfast cereal is a travesty. That said, I'm always slightly tempted to buy the Lion cereal, largely because it just looks like utter filth. Anyway, I've had to stop buying Honey Nut Cheerios and Crunchy Nut Cornflakes because I pretty much eat an entire box in a sitting. Issues. Apple and blueberry oats-so-simple is sorting me right out at the minute.
Tommy G Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Coco Pops for a treat but probably only once every couple of weeks

BoneDog Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 too much sugar on these, porridge every morning for me I always want porridge but can never be arsed to do it. Makes a right mess of the saucepan and takes ages to clean. If my Mrs could still reach the washing up bowl I'd have it, but she can't, so I don't!
