Wolves away post match

No, Blackpool and Wolves. But if you think he was shit against Charlton I guess that's 3.

I said I didn't see Charlton.

Moore was shit against Blackpool, were you incredibly drunk when watching that game?

That is the most laughable comment I have ever seen on this forum, what a utter joke you are.

He helped us keep a clean sheet, looked incredibly comfortable and stable alongside Morgan, I can only record one mistake Moore made against Blackpool apart from that I gave him a 8/10 for his performance, I thought he was brilliant. Moore had to even adjust to right-back in that game, and had Tom Ince in his pocket.

We are the only team to keep a clean sheet against Blackpool this season, and apart from Leeds the only team to stop Tom Ince from scoring; however Leeds still lost against them and Ince got an assist.

Liam Moore has been fantastic in 3 of the 4 games I've seen this season.

With comments like that, I wish you would just fook off this forum because your comments are painful.

We do have it in us to create chances, but not from enough sources. Drinwater and King don't really create, Dyer doesn't, James doesn't, Our full backs don't generally, Nugent, Vardy and Beckford have been below par and in any case it's not really their job to create. The only players who truly look a creative threat are Knockaert and Marshall - one was on the bench today and the other played poorly. And, as I said, creating things from out wide wasn't really a good option today because we weren't going to bury any headers against this lot. So in that situation, we have very, very little, and it showed. For the amount of possession we had second half, our chance (and I mean real chances, not half chances or openings) creation rate was poor.

We should have buried one header at least. You don't have to be a tank to head in a ball if the crosses are good. Most were poor, but the few good ones were really good and should've been converted. King and DD did create the half chance that led to King's deflected shot, and if our team could've actually found a teammate with passes that they should've been able to make, we would have been a much larger threat first half when their backline pushed up too far. The runs and openings were there, the quality wasn't. From the football I've seen this season, it's been more of a case of missing gilt-edged chances than not creating them. You might be in a better position than me to judge that. But I think the finishing is our biggest problem. The defending has been poor, but I've stronger faith in that department getting improved than our goal-scoring one.

Oh fvck off, he was shit, pull your head out of your arse and watch how many times he gave the ball away, how their best chances came partly from him being asleep, how when he moved to right back he was caught out of position constantly.

Seriously, put down the Mercury and watch the player.

I am a season ticket holder, and going by your ridiculous shit posts I take it your not.

You are the only person I have seen who has slated Moore's performance against Blackpool.

You are the one who needs to fook off not me.

He was caught out of position consistently when moved to right back....ummmmm yet again what a load of shite, he kept close to Ince and stopped him from scoring and with Ince being the on form player throughout the Championship this season, I was pretty happy with Moore and St Ledger's work.

Liam Moore is a great prospect, who I am more than happy with, I would start him at home alongside Morgan anyday.

Another 2-1 away loss... And with this result, albeit being early on into the season, I cannot see us pushing for a top spot.

Mid-table mediocrity beckons. Again. Although I still have the hope that the team will prove me wrong for once.

What surprises me again is how we completely forget to manage a game in the opening few minutes, as if many players still weren't on the pitch at all.

We were toothless, passionless, clueless and always a step too late.

Only with time does this season's Leicester adjust - but very, very slowly.

Second half today looked and felt much, much better. If only it hadn't been for that 2-0 deficit...

It really baffles me when I look at the form curve of our team - when you have players clicking one game, only to fall apart the next one.

Also... playing Dyer from the start. Meh. I think Knockaert is better.

But we are playing well though!!!

I thought the sign of a good team was playing shit BUT picking up points....WE are playing well and not picking up points!!

Cant see the point in signing players and not giving them a game!

Still we may well win on Wednesday and the happy clappers will love it and be rejoicing!!

Whats Pearsnos record since he came back here???

Oh right.....

Perhaps, we also put in some great crosses against Blackpool, so I agree with you in the sense we should be able to bury more crosses than we have. Nugent probably should have scored today but I don't think it was as gilt-edged as the chances we missed at Charlton.

I'd like to think we played a lot worse today than we did at Charlton and Blackburn, I didn't see them but heard positive reviews. I hope they weren't actually like today, because I thought we were mostly terrible. We did create enough in the second half to draw the game, as even if you take just one of the chances we missed (like Waggy's) it would have been 2-2. But I don't think this should detract from the fact we were awful in the first half, and, however you analyze it, not good enough to get the point in the second half. It's not like we were robbed, if we were good enough to score 2 goals, or 3 goals, we would have done. Likewise, if we'd have turned up in the first half we may not have lost.

Whether that is the fault of the strikers, the defenders or the midfielders - or as I think, all 3, it can't be denied we weren't good enough to get the result today. We can't blame the ref like at Blackburn.

The result was what I expected.

However I had 3-2 wolves

This is a developing team.

My prediction of 7th is looking optimistic.

Next season could be different if Pearson stays.

This season I think we are an average, mid table side. The quality I suggested was lacking still is I'm afraid.

And we still can't defend as a team. Away from home.

Same old same old.

However, I think we'll win the next two. They're at home.

Just got back from the game we were shite in the first half and slightly better in the second half, central midfield lost the battle, Marshall wasn't at his best and neither was Nugent, I am still concerned about our striking options, Knockaert made a positive impact when he came on and if doesn't start a game I will be very pissed off he can make the difference imo.

Our away form is shocking we might as well not bother turning up!

I don't care, for the record I watched it with my Dad and my mate who both agreed with me, but frankly I couldn't give a shit if I was the only one in the world, he was crap.

I'll give you he's a good tackler, that's it.

I don't 'need' to do anything, I can take disagreement but if you're going to call me a joke then I'm gonna tell you to fvck off.

As for Blackpool, obviously you didn't realise which side Blackpool's chances came from late in the game. And who was the covering defender in the first half when Ince was clean through and Schmeichel saved it.

And no comment about his woeful passing? Yeh because you know he can't find a blue shirt.

No excuse this season imafraid!

NP has had summertime to play with his OWN signings!

The owners have supported him and he's had enough time to put HIS stamp on things.

NO EXCUSES!

Perhaps he is good at keeping teams up and good with teams high on confidence(Lg1 promoted team to play off in CChip!) but can he develop a squad of players to challenge for promotion vfrom scratch??

I can't make my mind up. I don't want Pearson sacked from the point of view that a season without a managerial change would be a nice novelty.

Yep.

But I never wanted him appointed, I thought it signalled a boardroom devoid of any idea on how to run a club. As I say, I'd not call for his head but I'll dance with joy when he goes.

Would it disrupt the squad? Probably. Will he get us promoted if he stayed? Not a hope in Hell.

Were we really inconsistent in L1? Didn't we get more points than anyone else in the entire league that season?

I believe we were as almost every game seemed to exist as two separate 45 minutes where we struggled to a ridiculous level in one half or the other. Pearson got away with it because of the low standard of the teams we faced.

Tell me about it, I went to 16 aways last season and have done all 3 league aways so far this season.

The last time I saw us win in the league away was..............................Coventry, first day of last season!

YOU ARE A JOKE.

I record most of Blackpool's chances coming from the left-side Konchesky's side, while I can only record Ince cutting inside Moore once and hitting a tame shot at Kasper.

The defence dominated Blackpool for the majority of that game, we looked comfortable and Moore looked good, his passing was good aswell, yes he miss placed a couple but for the majority of the game he impressed me again.

If you think he was crap then your one deluded person.

Sorry but I think Hull will stuff us - knows what he's doing that Bruce fella

Is it only me, but I quite like the managerial merry go round - we get in the papers a lot, there is lots going on, we get exciting names associated with us and then get someone crap - it's great

He won't be if we're not challenging. I can see him going soon.

I've just got back from the game and was sat with a Wolves fan and he said it was embarrassing to take 3 points. However, is it bad luck that we've lost our 3 away games or poor finishing and bad defending?

I'd agree with that. I was fairly pleased with his appointment but I've never believed the owners went after him for any reason other than to appease the fans following a slow start to last season. Although I have to say that my belief that the owners don't have the first idea of how to run a football club stems from well before Pearson's appointment. Such as them spunking a load of money the club can't afford on transfer fees and wages. Or loaning the club huge amounts of money and attaching ridiculous interest rates to it. Or turning the club into a massive advertising hoarding for their grubby duty free company.
