It's not just about the players that you have. It's about instilling belief, passion, intricate tactics and a training regime that forms players that are able to cope with the pace in the Championship for 46+ games per season.

Father Ted Posted 15 December 2013 Posted 15 December 2013 Derby have been getting so lucky though. Played pretty much 60 minutes at home to Middlesbrough against ten men. Played Blackpool the game after, who were missing their main centre back pairing and Ricardo Fuller through suspension and end up finishing that playing against 9 men and their equalising goal was from a penalty that was a blatant dive. Their first goal yesterday took a ridiculous deflection. Also, if Chris Martin was a foreigner, he'd be getting analysed week in week out for his pathetic diving.
