Brazil v England, Called off?

Even with the extra funding and the implementation of Burton, we're a good decade away from being able to live with the likes of Brazil, Germany and Spain.

Don't overestimate the impact a new boss would have.

I can't see us ever competing TBH, as we move forward so will other nations.

Playing Jones in midfield and Milner as a wide forward isn't a good idea for keeping the ball.

Btw - I am one of Rooney's worst possible critics, but he hasn't been our worst player today. Still not world class though.

I'm sure Germany fans were saying similar when we stuffed them 5-1 in 2001.

There's money in the English game than practically anywhere else in the world, if the will's there it's possible.

We look a lot sharper since they scored, hopefully we can keep this up

Maybe, they reached the WC final in 2002 though, cant see us doing that next year. ;)

Haha, I was just writing how shit we are, when we score!

Doesn't take away the fact they we have been terrible.

I think it's Hodgsons negative game-plans that make us look even worse than we are. That, and the fact that we really lack players with technical ability. I really think we must be doing something wrong in the way we train our youngsters.

I just wonder if a 3-5-2 with Carrick in the 3 is worth a shot.

Once we attack we're strong, it just proves negative tactics get England no where!

Brazil will struggle get out of the group stages

They don't play in the group stages do they? (Because they are hosts?).
