Do you like the hot weather ?

Can't stand it. I can just about live with it on a day off but to be dripping with sweat before I've got on a train to work is horrible.

Most over-rated thing ever.

Hate it. Sun nice, heat not nice.

I'm a pale person and melt and burn as soon as any form of heat is about!

Absolutely love it.

Hotter the better, prefer it away when it's 40 odd but anything over 25 is great here.

I also hate it - it's just way too much, especially when working! Everyone I have spoke to loves it though, glad to see I'm not the only one.

I hate it mainly cos it just makes you feel dirty. You have a shower/bath in the morning and within about 20 minutes the heat just makes you feel dirty again. Loathe it!

Got myself a lovely tan, but I'm looking forward to some rain soon.  I'm a gardener & the gardens are struggling in this heat.  Everything is taking me twice as long to do, as 'steady' is the only pace I can manage at the moment.  A bit of rain would freshen everything up.......me included.

I like it because I know it wont last too long, I couldnt stand the constant heat where it was so hot all you did was drink and sweat...constantly, not really being able to sit out in it as it was too extreme.

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. It's nice to enjoy at the weekends, go out doing things, beer gardens, sport of some kind etc, but during the week, my office is baking, my flats baking (26 degrees last night!), the car is like an oven at the end of the day, I'm working so I can't wear anything less that shirt trousers etc, its just not fun. In the winter it's much easier to warm things up than it is to cool them down in the summer.

I  reckon we get such a heavy and muggy sun in the UK. Always seems fresher abroad. When it's been 40 degrees abroad, it doesn't feel as muggy as 26+ degrees here.

It's handy that I can't afford a proper holiday this year, so getting a few weeks of the weather. Also loving having 2 or 3 barbecues a week. But agree that it's a few degrees too much, especially in the office I work in.

I'd love for it to absolutely hammer it down for a day soon, I'll sit outside and enjoy it. And the smell

I haven't been enjoying playing football or going for a run when it's 27 deg tbh

One of my customers is from Rhodesia & she was complaining about the heat the other day.  She said it gets much hotter in Africa but it's a dry heat.  It's a little too sticky here.

I like bright, clear weather. I like blue skies and I get bored of constant grey. I'm a very cold weather person, though. I'd rather visit Norway than Dubai or go to Yellowstone over the Costa Brava.

I rarely ever moan about the cold but I do suffer in the heat. I also disagree that you can do more in the warm. Rain obviously puts a dampener on things but everything from football and rugby to kayaking, walking, cycling, et all are better in the cool.

The only thing the heat is better for is lounging around getting fat and brown.

Just walked up Evesham Road to Ladbrokes, wasn't a nice experience, no shade what so ever.

Also funny that I went in Ladbrokes a couple of months ago, they didn't ask for any I.D, went in today and they wanted some.

Love it abroad when your sat round a pool with a beer and can go for a swim every 5 minutes.

Don't like having to go work in it though. Saying that we don't get much of it throughout the year so can't really moan.

Don't mind it if there is a breeze about.

it's worse at night when the temperature is still pretty high, difficult to sleep.

I like it but the bastard yellow orb doesn't like me.I get Polymorphic light reaction, causes itchy as fook rash and it sometimes blisters, has ruined holidays, but now get antihistamine tablets from docs and toughen the skin up with exposure a bit at a time.

I'm working in it today, doing a few calls from home and paperwork down the garden.
