Leicesterlad96 Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 If he plays in Saturday what reception do you think he is likely to get? I personally will give him a short clap as he was a decent servant for us.
Simmo86 Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Short clap followed by a long blast of Leicester reject!
johnny the fox Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 I will give him the clap. I mean a clap sorry.
Jace Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Can't see why he deserves any abuse was a great player here and wasn't his fault he left
Kitchandro Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 He plays for Forest, he should get a boo like any of their players.
Cincinnati Fox Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Remember his interview when he signed for forest..... I heard leicester were interested but once forest made me an offer I had no doubt were I wanted to go
Jace Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Remember his interview when he signed for forest..... I heard leicester were interested but once forest made me an offer I had no doubt were I wanted to goTo be fair to the lad he has to say that. Imagine if he had said 'Well I had heard Leicester were interested but because no offer was made so I had to settle for Forest' Actually thinking about it that wild have been epic
Ric Flair Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Polite applause, he did well for us. I hope he gets a fookin pasting though on the pitch.
Mack Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 A very average defender who looked decent under Pearson and a liability under Sousa etc. They've got Hobbs and we've got Morgan, and I like it that way thank you.
abdulla the fox Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 All notts forest players should be booed unless they score an own goal
Captain... Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Anyone booing him because he plays for Forest should be ashamed, many players have moved between us and Forest over the years, we are not some ridiculous rivalry where death threats get sent because they moved to a rival, and I'm glad of that. I love it when we beat Forest, but that is the club and the fans, I don't really care about any of the players. He should get a clap when his name is read out, and maybe at the end if he acknowledges us, but if he gives us any during the game he'll get a load of stick back and plenty of Leicester reject, but I don't expect that. He always came across as a sound lad and was a good player for the club, for 2 seasons and widely tipped as future captain was gutted when Sven forced him out the club.
adam95581 Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Do they boo Morgan? Not making a point, just wondering as I haven't seen a game between us and them since he moved here.
Bert Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 He did well for us whilst he was here and probably still would be had it not be for Sven. Deserves a clap i'd say.
Fox92 Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Regardless of who he plays for, he deserves a clap. Should still be here.
Unabomber Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 I will probably still be finishing off my disgustingly tepid pint of carlsberg and miss the much anticipated name reading unfortunately.
Beliall Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 I will probably still be finishing off my disgustingly tepid pint of carlsberg and miss the much anticipated name reading unfortunately. your avatar looks like an ad for singa, "singa hits you like a ball to the face"!
Guest MattP Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Would still be playing for us to a decent standard had Sven not thought players like SSL were better defenders than him. Clap for me. Our game on Saturday should show what winding up an opposition player can do.
Dan Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 "Average defender" He was quality for us. I won't go mad but a clap for me - it's not his fault he was shafted out by a prat of a manager.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 He deserves a "oooooohhhhhhh..... HOOF!" Let's pressure him into trying to prove that he can pass a ball (which he can't) in the same way that Reading fans did to Mills. Hobbs was decent for us but the minute someone asked him to be a ball-playing centre half we watched him disintegrate before our eyes.
Corky Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Brief applause. Hobbs isn't the quickest, reckon we'll put Vardy and his pace up against him.
5waller5 Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 I really hate the expression "decent servant" ..... He did a couple of years of playing football for us and was paid handsomely for it. He's a bang average Championship defender and he didn't do anything to disrespect our club so I'll briefly clap the guy. We should run at him all game ..... he can't cope with pace.

Agree with that about 'servant'. Very, very few genuine 'servants' in the game. Agree also that he's not a ball playing defender but that shouldn't take away the fact he was a very solid defender for us and that he was very unlucky to be shipped out on the cheap. That said, I do think he'd struggle to get in our side.
mackiepas Posted 5 November 2013 Posted 5 November 2013 Will be interesting to see their reaction to Wes, if i remember correctly they boo'd him last season, we can show that we are the better fans by applauding Hobbs for his excellent performances he had with us..
