Unabomber Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Best CB in the league is what he actually is.
Carl the Llama Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 If only their manager was as clueless as their fans...
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 And a few go on to say Jason Shackell could step up to the Premier League if required. I ****ing hate people.
The Doctor Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Deary me. So Shackell is some super CB and Morgan a donkey... do they actually pay attention to whats going on on the pitch?
lgfualol Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 And just to think I actually quite liked Burnley. Hope Morgan and Was destroy the two players carrying their team.
Kitchandro Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 People tend to think he is until he plays for their team or he has one of their strikers in his back pocket. They'll see come December.
dmayne7 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 In fairness though he is in much better shape since he joined us and thats what's taken him from good championship defender to the best. There's definitely 2 of our players not on that list that should be
KFS Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Vokes and Ings vs Wasyl and Wes is going to be a good one
LCFC FOX Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Shackell and Ben give away penalties Mee are both premier league standard and Wes and Wasyl aren't? Wow top of the league has made them delusional
ScouseFox Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I (and 99% of this forum) thought he was a big fat donkey before seeing him week in week out, too. They just haven't had enough of an opportunity to see the majestic beast that is our Wes very often.
Carl the Llama Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Wasyl's the one I find least understandable. He comes from being a regular winner of a league not too different in quality from our own (I'd say it's a bit of a combo of Ch'ship and League One quality, with a couple of lower-to-mid-table prem sides at the top).

He has clearly improved under Nigel though as some Forest fans genuinely don't rate him highly.

Yeah he's got better and better since he joined us, which is pretty impressive for someone his age and stuff. It's tricky to make a proper judgement on anyone in this league if you don't support them (or they haven't previously played for us). Especially a defender. All they'll have seen of Morgan since he joined us is some highlights on the FLS. How they can judge him to be boss or a donkey off just that is beyond me. I couldn't even tell you who plays CB regularly for Burnley, let alone if they were Premier League worthy or not.

Exactly, defenders are even worse to judge as well and you'll only generally see them when the other team is scoring a goal.
Jace Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Pearsons strongest attribute is an eye for a decent centre back, when we signed Was s as dodgy as he sounded I knew he would turn out decent.
Mark_w Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 At the risk of upsetting the Nige massive, Morgan is a donkey.
Guest MattP Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 At the risk of upsetting the Nige massive, Morgan is a donkey. lol Has this bloke ever actually got anything right? We've got a few things wrong over time but most people at least go 50/50 at worst.
foxfanazer Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 ..........He wears a donkeys hat He lives next door to Wasyl in a west end council flat He used to play for forest But now he is a blue And if you don't like Westley You haven't got a clue
Finnegan Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 ..........He wears a donkeys hat He lives next door to Wasyl in a narborough road council flat He used to play for forest But now he is a blue And if you don't like Westley You haven't got a clue West End council flat works better but otherwise, good work!

Simmo86 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Us getting him fit has made a massive difference. He was just a lump at Forest!
