Probably ought to be grateful one of them remembers there is football outside the Premier league! The guy is a real WUM but actually quite good on the Saturday afternoon show.

I really like H&J, the two guys on before the drive time show but always turn off at 4pm now. He just winds me up with his attitude & the way he forces his point across usually lacks intelligence, and for a talk show he shows very little grace for anyone else's opinion. Absolute bell end.

Cardiff were favourites after years of putting money in and were an established team in the league. Very good point actually, the team did their job over two legs at Watford, we had forced a team better than us to a 50/50 penalty shoot out at worst. Knockaert bottled it if anyone, not the side.

He played his part but to actually concede from your own penalty is a disgrace. Worst defending I have ever seen.

If Burnley fall away, does that mean they have bottled it... or does that mean they just weren't good enough? As I said if we got into the last few games of the season being top two and fell away than I might agree. I thought you were claiming earlier this season that with the exception of the bad run that we'd deservedly made the play-offs? Hadn't you pulled me up for making the point that it was a poor season with 2 good blips? Wanting to have your cake and eat it? Glad you've put those stats up, many on here seemed to have rewritten last season.

Let's be honest he cheated, I love the guy but had he got us to Wembley on that we would have been slaughtered across the country, he got what he deserved really. I still to this day have no idea why our defenders were piled around the box, I know you can get caught up in the moment in sport but it was unacceptable. Quite why someone, anyone, from the management side wasn't screaming at defenders to get back and cover earlier is still beyond me. Morgan should have been organising it, no way could the management get them back with the noise and commotion going on after that decision.
Super_horns Posted 5 December 2013 Posted 5 December 2013 The key to that whole incident was Anya bringing the ball down on his own in the middle of the pitch laying the ball out wide. From then on we were able to counter which is what we were good at. Mind you I am surprised no-body just tried to tackle Forestieri (he would have fallen over) If that happened again we'd probably just stop and pass the ball sideways/backwards!

It was the disaster at the end of the season that put pay to us, we could have carried on the sort of form we were showing throughout the season and finished second easily enough. If we had done that would you have declared it a poor season with 2/3 good blips?

He said the season was poor with two good blips. Two good blips does not have you second in feb, at that point we were having a good season. What defined the season was the end, the rest was not poor with two good blips, as pointed out by the other runs of wins... Which he completely ignores.
