Unabomber Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 He should give some credit to Brighton who played very well. Yes, we were well below par but it's one of those things that happens sometimes in football. That what I was thinking, if I was a Brighton fan I would as mad as I am now. And i'm mad.
Leicester Lass Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Adrian Durham has just said that we disgraced the Championship and let football down last night. What a pink eyed albino. @talkSPORTDrive: Leicester were very unprofessional last night. Imagine if Brighton edge out the there's on goal difference. Disgraceful from LCFC players
teblin Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 @talkSPORTDrive: Leicester were very unprofessional last night. Imagine if Brighton edge out the there's on goal difference. Disgraceful from LCFC playersJust an idiot trying to get some publicity.
Salieri Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 He's basically just well known for being a massive WUM
lee7 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Wouldn't pay no attention to Adrian Durham at all. He's paid to say things that will wind fans up! If he and Darren Gough agreed on everything their would be no talkshow. If he didn't say things that were absolutely ridiculous and damn right stupid then no one would waste their money ringing in!
tickler28 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 He has a point though. Would we really have played like we did last night if we hadn't been promoted Saturday? I for one think it was unprofessional to basically throw last night's match....players were blase tired...hungover etc......celebrations (I mean big celebrations) should wait until the end of the season. They are professional footballers for Fox sake!!! Not an Under 17's team

Guest Col city fan Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Does anyone actually KNOW whether last night's shambles could be attributed to a big celebratory piss up? I assume they had a nice little drink but to suggest that they were in some way 'hungover' for last night's game is to suggest that Pearson didnt have his normal level of close control over setting us up as a professional unit. I find this hard to believe. What I saw was a side with too many changes, lacking much desire and work-rate and a Brighton side who took full advantage. This whole 'pissed-up' thing sounds like another big assumption to me. Like Pearson 'not being able to handle big name players'. I think we just got beat. End of.
Vicki Vixen Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 @talkSPORTDrive: Leicester were very unprofessional last night. Imagine if Brighton edge out the there's on goal difference. Disgraceful from LCFC players It doesn't even make sense. What is "the there's"? Is this Forest's new nickname?
sylofox Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 He has reacted to the Brighton result. And praps right in one way but more than letting anyone else down our players let themselves down. Monday he said we deserved promotion and the player he's wanted to see in the prem is knocky. Yes he is a wum but he rates knocky.
CPW22 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 The guy doesn't have a clue. He's there to provoke callers and then disagree with any factual points made. Also, the way he talks about Peterborough is a joke. You'd think he actually had a say in team selection and the way the club is run. I'd hate to have someone in the public who supported our club acting in a similar way.
biggs Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 He's got his name in lights.......oh hold on, we're on foxtalk. He must be so proud, us discussing his thoughts on Leicester. Who in the right mind cares what a non supporter thinks or says about our club. There's enough on here with diverse opinions and we support the club!!! Maybe he has insecurity issues and just happens to need being noticed no matter what is said of him. Weak little man
Dickov22 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 I quite like him. He does have a bit of a point doesn't he regarding last night? He's paid to create interest, discussion, opinions, etc. We shouldn't take it too personally
Tuna Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Adrian Durham is a scrotum. He's also a fake Peterborough fan, he's actually an Arsenal fan.
Voll Blau Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Must be great prostituting yourself to get a rise out of so many people. Calm down folks, he's paid to have those opinions.

Listening to Nigel on EM sport,he was not a happy bunny,he said that performance was not acceptable, and will not happen again. Says it all really that something clearly has gone on,even GTF said as much in his post-match-chat with Stringer
Tom's Pasta Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 He gives his opinion in an exaggerated way every single day on that radio show. It's what he does and he's good at it. It provokes listeners to stand up for their club like what people are doing in this thread, in order to get attention and more callers on his show. Evil genius.

Not an Under 17's team You honestly don't know what would have happened Tuesday night if Leicester hadn't been promoted on Saturday, that result Tuesday could easily have happened if Leicester were needing points for promotion. Brighton were just better, simple as that. Go back to when Leicester were relegated to League one back in 2008, beat West Brom away 4-1 I think that season and beat Norwich 4-0 at home. Any result in this League is possible. Quite boring now to see fans blame this result on the Leicester players for being hungover and tired, none of them were the factors, the reason was Brighton were better and wanted it more on the night, simple as that.

Well we know Moore got pissed up, the others it's not clear. If they did then there is a chance it could have impacted on their performance. It's pretty normal for people to mentally relax when a goal has been achieved though, I'm sure as fans we all have and no matter how professional you are that can creep into your thinking. That's exactly why I had a few quid on Brighton to win, it's not "disgraceful" though it's being human. That being said, it's not like we'd been playing well of late anyway, plus Brighton had already done a number on us earlier in the season and won 3-1. Oh and not forgetting we again got undone from setpieces again which we do regularly and they were very good at them. So I think it's unfair on him to put their win solely down to us not being arsed.
justfoxes Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 We're going to get that sort of bull from a lot of idiotic presenters between now and the end of the season but who gives a royal FOOK what they think?? We have achieved promotion back to the premier league and it's a well deserved return we have played some awesome football under Nigel Pearson and if they wish to insult us before we have kicked a ball in the premier league then let them Adrian Durham is a self opinionated ARSE ! Who is on a radio station that sucks up to Chelsea etc !! Who gives a FOOK what he thinks we played awful Tuesday so what we are still on course for the title and not forgetting !! WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE LEICESTER CITY !
Dan Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Adrian Durham has just said that we disgraced the Championship and let football down last night. What a pink eyed albino. It's easy to bite at that, but what we turned in on Tuesday wasn't acceptable. It was complacent and unprofessionalism. At least his 'chokers' comment is now a genuine thing of the past. Then again I doubt there's anything that upsets the bitter nobhead any more.

No-one is seriously telling me they were properly prepared for that game. They looked half asleep.
carterfox90 Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 used to listen to this total bellend he's just a very well paid wum i'm surprised he hasnt said that we are'nt the best team in the league because Burnley have only lost 4 times to our 6 times !!! my mate said he was slagging us off big time as per & all the teams in the championship should have a go at us for not playing to our best the other night ! it was so obvious our lot were well hungover i just hope they improve on monday as lately the performances havent been that great apart from burnley game !
