Agree with this. Slightly disappointed we didn't get this guy. Fingers crossed for a turn around in negotiations. It must have been on personal terms if a 3 + 1/2 year deal was tabled to him because that meant an offer with le harve was accepted...hope he wasn't being greedy!

Not saying he was at all. I didn't get involved with twitter because I don't have it. Based on the media reports it appears a deal can still be in the works.

There used to be a website with all the big agencies listed on it. It then broke down further into individual agents and clients. It was like linked in and fairly reliable. I can't remember the name though and have just had a fruitless search for the link - it probably folded. That may have helped determine his agent's identity.

He is followed by a few French/African footballers, perhaps most notably Yaya Toure. I am not 100% certain, but he seems the real deal.

I do believe they have been in contact, Rihad either retweeted or had some Twitter interaction with him. As I said, not 100% - but this guy has no reason to lie to me, so I can buy what he says without reason to doubt. He probably specialises in bringing players over to the UK.

The funniest thing is Stringer used this on foxestalk as information and spoke to Nigel off the back of it. The scouting department had been to a number of games in France, Steve Walsh watches more football matches in a week than is healthy and there was no confirmation that this guy was who Nigel is after.

I wonder how big the grin was on NP's face when stringer said about it. What we need is things like Walsh's hotel bookings, car mileage ..... We could track his phone maybe or put a tracker on his car. At least then you know where he has been.

Very nice hopefully he's here soon. Still laughable that Stringer used foxestalk as his source for information though. Now we just need Djordjevic/Phillips to complete the set.
