I would go for a diamond in midfield as previously stated by others. Narrow pitch, heavy ground and a tough away game for our lads means I would like to go and be solid. Winning your home games and drawing your aways is good enough for promotion as much as everyone goes on about winning all the time.

I'm praying we win the next 2 games. Its a big YES from TBJS

If TBJS is on his knees and saying YES...... then they are fvcked!

I think its going to be a tough one, wet, slow pitch and a side that will be looking to hold us up and even be happy with a draw... my guess 1-1

This is the game where I feel a little nervy. I didn't against Brum. Every winning run has to end at some point and Bournemouth aren't a bad side. At home, with a point to prove, against the top team, they'll be looking for a good performance.

I don't think we'll win this one. A draw is what I'd go for. 2-2.

"Time to burst the Leicester bubble"

Sorry, what right does a fvcking league 1 promoted club with 11,000 seats have to making claims like that lol

Eh?

What difference does it make what team it is?

Make no mistake this is going to be a tough game; the conditions sound like they're going to be atrocious and Bournemouth aren't a bad side.

Just giving as good as we got mate.

A point wouldn't be bad at all, but we should win the game, Bournemouth are a team that passes the ball well and press the opposition, but if we play our game we will beat them.

Lee Clark said pre match they would go the jugular and anyone with half a brain knew how that would turn out for them.

If Bournemouth do the same, they will be found out like the rest of the teams that have tried to fight fire with fire. Look at the games we've lost, it's against teams that have set out to restrict us and nick a goal then defend it.

Not at all convinced that we should play without wingers although Knockaert hardly plays as one, so 'without a winger' might be a better way of saying it.

Bournemouth are quite an attacking side. I don't think there's any logic to it but I can just see this being the one where the run ends, we're certainly capable of winning this.

Taking one game at a time, Bournemouth are just coming back from a great win against Huddersfield, further cementing their place in the middle of the table.

I would refrain from calling this an easy game, just because they are a smaller club with a smaller turnaround.

They have a decent home record (not the best) and won't be easy to play against, especially if the weather conditions come into play.

It'll be a tough game and if we do win I think it will be by a goal and not a comfortable win. They have a shrewd manager, some quality players like Ritchie and we need to be prepared to fight for the win as they can be a slipepry team in the bits i've seen of them this season.

That said, no reason why we can't and won't win as we are colossal right now.

January is over. Usually a good month for us. Feb was the start of our bad run last year. Although it isn't a key game . I.e if we lose, we shouldn't despair.. it is one I would really like us to win in case it is in the back of any player's minds. Was kinda hoping sky would bring it forward to friday :-). I also told the missus after 4 wins on the bounce we would go 8 straight wins. - wish I had said 10+ now. Small pitch, Bournemouth pretty ok at home. Hmm I am nervous about this one.

Bournemouth have just agreed a fee with Charlton for Yann Kermogant. I swear to god this guy just signs for teams so he can score against us.

We don't come over as the best of fans but is it really surprising when we're insulted by the fact we're considered to be in the same league as most of the shit in the Championship

Yes, any Bournemouth fans reading, that was tongue in cheek

I'm not saying it'll be an easy game, but it does make me laugh how pissy fans of clubs like Bournemouth etc.. get when you dare mention you're a better side than them. If they had won 8 on the bounce last season and went away to a side sat around 12th in League One, they would be expecting to win. If they tell you otherwise they're other liars, losers or both.

Haha, who said it's their cup final?  Always good for a wind-up or two that line. :P

But in case they thought they were winning the battle of who knows more about the opposition:

In terms of club 'bigness for this league I doubt Leicester make it into the top half.

Hopefully that's just intended as a wind-up too because otherwise that chap's apparently got himself lost in another dimension where the history books only cover the '08-'09 season which would be the scientific breakthrough of the millennium if true.

Bournemouth have agreed a fee with Charlton for Yann Kermorgant, Sky sources understand.

Sky Sports revealed on Monday that Bournemouth had lodged a bid for the French striker.

Now Charlton have agreed terms with Bournemouth and have given him permission to talk with the South Coast club.

The 32-year-old has been with Charlton since 2011, and had attracted interest from Scottish champions Celtic in recent weeks.

But Bournemouth look firmly in pole position to land the former Leicester City front-man.

That might have been lol though i said cup game not final.

Also talk about being arrogant, who do they think they are? a nothing southern club that have spent alot time in and out of league two that have nearly gone bust twice! At the end of day this what a forum is for, they can say whatever they like about us on there forum and i wouldn't care.

How about:

"Oh my word... did a Leicester fan actually have a go at our financial history? Weren't they the team that so abused the administration system that the rules were changed for all clubs thereafter? Hence the reason why points deductions were introduced as a punishment."

No doubt there will be plenty more where that came from before Saturday and until this thread appeared we had no real feelings about Leicester either way.

There's a few supporters of clubs in this league who are sound and never forget where they came from, or could go back to, regardless of current success and then there's the rest.

We just love being patronised 'big' club supporters.

We're only Bournemouth and have achieved nothing in 100 odd years.

So what?

by the way, feel free to drop by anytime you want and say what you want.

Can't remember the last time anyone got banned, we just love away fans

That's all fine and everything, but I think it's a bit silly getting all het up and deciding you don't like an entire fanbase based on a few select comments.

Case in point: That moron I quoted a few posts above is hardly going to get me deciding I hate you all - if he was representative of your fan base I'd feel bad for you if anything.  But no, I won't join your forum - I have little interest in discussing Bournemouth AFC outside of the 2 scheduled matches we have this season, and if things continue as they are I won't even have that next season, it would be a waste of a username. ;)
