This will be a hard hard game unfortunately I think this is where our unbeaten run finally ends and there's continues, we just don't win there, and the only reason we did so last season is because both of us threw total caution to the wind as we knew a draw was no good to either of us.

Thanks to the weekends excellent turn of events in our favor at the weekend this is something I can live with as long as we bounce back on Saturday though. I'll be ecstatic with a draw, if we do somehow win I think it's game over,  as we'll be 11 points clear of 3rd with 15 games to go and Charlton Yeovil Doncaster and Wednesday all having to come to the King Power.

The Foxes have been handed a boost ahead of Wednesday’s Sky Bet Championship trip to Nottingham Forest with the news that Liam Moore has resumed training and will be available for selection.
Moore suffered a broken rib after colliding with the upright in the early stages of City’s 2-0 victory over Middlesbrough on 25 January, and has sat out the previous three fixtures as he recovered.

Experienced Poland international Marcin Wasilewski has impressed in Moore’s absence however, helping the Foxes to back-to-back away wins at Birmingham City and AFC Bournemouth, before a 2-2 draw with Watford at King Power Stadium last time out.

But with a tough test against promotion rivals Nottingham Forest to come, the competition for places is more than welcome according to the manager, who other than the absences of Sean St. Ledger (groin) and Tom Hopper (shin), has a fully fit squad.

On Liam Moore’s return to fitness, he told Foxes Player: “He should be available to be in the squad. He’s trained over the last week and we’re pretty happy with how he’s been progressing, so that’s good news.

“Going into this game it’ll be more or less as we were. We’ve got the added bonus of having Liam available. We’ve got a relatively fit squad and there’s nothing major to worry about, so there’s plenty of competition at the moment.â€

This guy on the trees forum cracks me up! ------> "Think they'll win, which annoys me cos they'll declare Thursday a bank holiday in Leicester or something." isn't them who act like they've won the world cup when they beat us  lol  :dunno:

I had a look around their forum and most of them are worried about their pile of injuries and would be happy with a point

Fair enough...although im not sure what forums you have been reading??

sorry but what is all this talk of tiredness.... they have all had 10 days without a game so no reason now to be tired, if anyone should be moaning about tiredness its forest...

Play our game, usual team and take a well earned point, given the results over the weekend that will do nicely

by the way... I will be sat with my dad in the forest stand and a Forest mate from work... look for us standing up when Vardy bags one!!! cmon

Wrong. This is the perfect game for Dyer, Forest play a very narrow formation and his sheer presence will stretch there midfield, he could be the star of the show.

When dyer gets doubled up he is no good this has been proved in the last 2-3 games but I'm not the manager thank god lol I'm just saying the system of surprise when those florest players are more tired 60 mins in he will rip them to shreds

City will be in the lower stand opposite the Trent End... and same as last year we will only get half of it.. I am in the new stand opposite the dug out in the upper tier!! look out for us probably being escorted out and into the away fans section, although I am with 4 Forest fans who by the way think they are going to win

Hi all,

thought I would stick my two penneth in here! I think you'll beat us quite comfortably unless we can sign a CM in time because the injury list is ridiculous at the moment;

Cohen (1st team)

Lichaj (1st team)

Hobbs (1st team)

Lansbury (1st team)

Wilson (1st team)

Vaughan (1st team)

Moussi (sub usually)

Blackstock (unwanted)

As much as I dislike Billy I have to give him credit for keeping us up there on a good run, would you have the depth if both 1st choice CBs & CMs were all out injured? I think you'll see a lot of square pegs in round holes come Weds night. It would be nice to see us both go up and get some East Midlands pride back in the Premier - I'd like to think we both have the backing and potential infrastructure to become a regular feature in the Premier League again.

Oh and I have to agree with a post on here about the 3-2 you got at our place - whilst I congratulate you, at any other time of the season I think that would end 2-2. It was more the nature of the game with both teams going all out that gave way to a winner.

I think you are already up this season and a good example of the merits of keeping a squad together without too many new signings and letting the chemistry of the team come through. I doubt we will be promoted this season but it gives me hope for next season if we can keep hold of the likes of Lansbury, Paterson, Darlow & Lascelles.

A mrs doubtfire situation, it seems....dont forget dont get a prawn stuck in your throat. If city score, prepare for a Heimlich maneuvre.

A great tip, leave somethings in your car( not the kids or wife), then use it as an excuse to get the 1/2 time score. Then at fulltime pretend you have something stuck in your throat, go to WC for 5 minutes.....You too can have your WKD moment......wicked!!!!

A true blue like any good fox, will always find a moment: Tell us all and post when you get home, what WKD ruse you used.

Hey your answer maybe more interesting than the game...we await with abeited breath...go on son...

If our first choice centre backs (one has been out for 3 weeks) and centre mids were injured we would have Wasilewski and Miquel at centre back, and King and Hammond at centre mid. All would do a good job at filling in. King is one of the best midfielders in the league on his day.

Completely acceptable. I got married the day Leicester beat Scunthorpe away 2-1 during our league 1 promotion season. Getting the score was the most important part of the day

Does the injuries thing really wash when they've got one of the biggest squads in the league and were one of the biggest spenders in the summer?

More down to the law of averages than misfortune methinks.

I would be worried if both Drinkwater and James were out. I like King a lot and he has plenty to offer, Hammond is an experienced professional but Drinkwater and James make the team tick and control how we play, so integral to the 9-game run. To lose both together would knock us back considerably I think.

Centre backs I wouldn't be too concerned about, as you say we've coped without Moore and Wes hasn't been as good as last season (though still very consistent), Miquel could comfortably step in.

I chose to miss my sister's wedding to see us win 2-0 at Spurs back in 99. I'd miss her funeral for the same reason. It's all about priorities.

Does your sister support F****t?
