Unabomber Posted 17 February 2014 Posted 17 February 2014 Oh my word that video . Do people genuinely get paid to make stuff like that? I can only assume we have a couple of cheeky Leicester fans working in/trolling the Forest media department.
brockmyster Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 That video is absolutely hilarious, nearly found it as funny as I did watching them lose to Sheffield United, never laughed as much at a goal in football then I have at that 3rd goal. If they play like they did Sunday we should get the 3 points, hopefully we will and ill go out on a whim and say if we win Wednesday we will win the league!
foxfanazer Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 Would be nice if we could finish the season with no team doing the double over us
foxfanazer Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 GAME ON? IS THIS A DARTS MATCH? You'd think so looking at Andy Reid
cc_star Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 On form Forest are 2nd best team in division (behind us) As tough as it gets, but every time we've been there before, we've come through it. Same team, we've overcome tough kickers, scrappers & spoilers like Millwall & Leeds Wouldn't bring Moore back in for this one, Wasyl should be able to handle Henderson etc Need to take our chances though
MC Prussian Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 Love the video - it's as if they don't care about us. Anyway, we need to play at our best. They're obviously still hurting from last season and are on a phenomenal unbeaten run. Same starting eleven as in our last league game, with the exception of Moore, whom I would play from the start instead of Wasilewski.
surrifox Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 my son's wedding was the day of the Forest match last May- I thought I was doing a discreet job of checking progress on the I phone but when the wedding video and pics came out everyone was wondering why I spent most of the afternoon with eyes down and a look of concentration punctuated with smiles and frowns

They have a 100% loss rate for their last 1 match in all comps! I just realised that video is 'official forest' oh my lord I assumed it was done by a fan boy!
Happy Fox Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 http://www.nottinghamshire.police.uk/blog/2014-02-18/fans-urged-avoid-racist-chanting February 18, 2014 The force has issued the following statement ahead of Nottingham Forest’s match against Leicester City tomorrow (Wednesday 19 February, kick-off 7.45pm). The game is expected to see in excess of 28,000 supporters attend, and working with both clubs, the force wants fans to enjoy the game, but warns that racist chanting will not be accepted. Supt Mark Holland, the match commander, said: “When these two teams have met previously there has been a small minority of people who have started or joined in with racist chants. Alongside the clubs we are taking a zero-tolerance approach to this type of verbal abuse and we will be taking positive action to identify anyone who is involved. We want everyone to enjoy the game for what it is – two teams competing to improve their chances of gaining promotion. “Nationwide the Football Association is determined to kick out racism and it is simply not acceptable in any form. Both clubs fully back this zero-tolerance approach and Nottingham Forest also host an antisocial behaviour text service that allows people to report any such behaviour. “This is a big game for both clubs and we want supporters to enjoy the match without being offensive to others with chants which are likely to cause offence.†Nottingham Forest media and communications manager Ben White fully endorsed the message. He said: “The club will not tolerate this kind of antisocial behaviour at The City Ground and will take the strongest possible action against anyone who is involved in such behaviour. “We are active in our efforts to remove this type of abuse from our matches and we will not condone any form of chant that may be perceived as racist or offensive, aimed towards our own or the visiting supporters. “We would like to work with supporters to provide the most enjoyable match day experience we can and fully encourage them to use our ‘text reporting facility’ in order to report any behaviour that they feel is offensive.†A spokesman for Leicester City said: “There is no place for any form of discrimination in football or in wider society and Leicester City wholly supports the efforts of Nottinghamshire Police to encourage an atmosphere that is inclusive for all. Players and supporters have the right to participate in a matchday that is free from prejudice and we would urge supporters to report any activity which compromises this to the police.†Details of the Nottingham Forest text reporting facility can be found on each match ticket or in the matchday programme.

Good to hear, no need for such chants!!!
gerrytaggart Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 Forest fans in racist abuse shocker!!...ive been there when stewards and police alike have ignored these chants...what would be a real shock is if the 'famously anti racist' notts police actually did anything about this!!

Unabomber Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 The level of tinpottery currently being displayed by Forest is of Watford proportions.
Tielemans63 Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 This game is huge. Reminds me of the game during the Mickey Adams promotion winning season when Ooh Tommy Wright got the winner. Think Forest were right behind us that year too. A repeat of that result would be awesome.

rico Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 Forests unbeaten run in last 10 games includes draws against Bolton,Blackpool,a win against West Hams youth team and a draw and a victory, even though they were outplayed, against Preston. That run was nowhere near as difficult as ours,i think we will come out comfortable winners.
LCCFox96 Posted 18 February 2014 Posted 18 February 2014 Hope we win tomorrow night. Need to avenge getting mugged at home in November and given this weekends result we could really kick on with 3 points. That being said given forest's current form I'd more than happily take a point to keep the gap the same as pre-Saturday. I just couldn't deal with their smug ass fans putting the league double on us. Avoiding defeat is essential.
