Romelu Lukaku is still only on loan from Chelsea and as his reputation grows so does the likelihood he will be move to a more established Champions League force with deeper pockets than the Toffees. That would force Martinez into the market and Waris could be a capable candidate if he can be lured away from Spartak Moscow. The 22-year-old was sent out on loan to Valenciennes from the Russian club in January and has scored nine goals in 12 league appearances in a side teetering on the brink of relegation from the French Ligue 1. The Ghana international is tied to a long-term Spartak contract until June 2017 but is already being monitored by Newcastle and Hull and newly promoted Leicester City.
