Ross-Kemp Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 We need a physio!Get the bint from chelsea involved.
Jon the Hat Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Arse Rooney shouldn't be on the pitch Unless he crosses like that.Get the bint from chelsea involved. Isn't she Italian?
MPH Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Arse Rooney shouldn't be on the pitch Great pass by Rooney for our goal.....
Tielemans63 Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 I'm seriously hoping Roy does something about our left hand side. We're getting killed down that flank.
Tielemans63 Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 The back four look so so bad. Doesn't help that the full backs have no cover whatsoever.
Bugg Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Unless he crosses like that. Isn't she Italian? She's from Gibraltar I think.
Fox92 Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Rooney's cross was class. If Pirlo does that then you're all raving over it. He needs to swap with Welbeck or Sterling though because he's not naturally left sided and they're getting in behind. And Baines isn't that good defensively either so.
Vacamion Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 We are giving Italy plenty to think about. It could go either way. Or be a draw. Awww, who knows...
Tielemans63 Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Any news on what happened to Lewin? Broken his ankle apparently. He's working on it right now.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Any news on what happened to Lewin? Snapped his banjo string
Dan Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Genuinely good game so far and very even too. Both sides have played pretty well. Defending for their goal was awful. Pirlo over-rated eh? Our goal was a quality move. Spain-esque (not last night ), Rooney's been anonymous but he's justified his selection with that cross. Sterling's been very good and probably our outstanding player. Welbeck's had a very good game too IMO. COME ON ENGLAND.
Corky Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Entertaining game, haven't seen too much of the ball but when we have we've been positive and not ponderous, two great goals so far and could've had two more with Sterling and Balotelli. Welbeck and Sterling doing very well, left side is the problem thus far.
RowlattsFox Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 The back four look so so bad. Doesn't help that the full backs have no cover whatsoever.Think that's a bit harsh, balotelli has hardly had a kick until the chance at the end. It's the overlapping full backs we've struggled with. We've done well. Let them have the ball but broke quickly and with intent. In the balance, it's there to be won but could go either way.
Vacamion Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 By any measure, it's better than booting long balls to Andy Caroll, eh?
MooseBreath Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 I think we've been decent. Maybe showing them a bit too much respect if anything. Could go either way from here but we're capable of winning this game.
Corky Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 By any measure, it's better than booting long balls to Andy Caroll, eh? Totally, all we want is for them to have a go and attack, we have done.
kingfox Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Italy finding gaps in behind our midfield, need to stop that happening, or they will score from long range again. We look good going forward, Sterling, Welbeck & Sturridge look dangerous, Rooney has been quiet, but woke up when it mattered most and delivered a terrific cross for the goal. Italy having the possession, but in terms of chances it's about evens, 1-1 is fair atm.
