crisp packet Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 http://mobile.newsnow.co.uk/A/721795177?-11208 Gone . Good bye Paul....
Fox42 Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 I get the feeling if Nige treated these sort of players like Vardy and get the best out of them they'd have been an absolute force right now
AKCJ Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Shows how greedy he is that he's not willing to join them permanently. We're obviously paying some of his wage.
StanSP Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Shows how greedy he is that he's not willing to join them permanently. We're obviously paying some of his wage. Or Preston (and any other club interested) can't afford his wages even if Gally did want to reduce it. There's obviously some compromise here between both clubs and I'd rather we partially pay someone's wage if that player is happy somewhere else (within reason of course) than have a miserable, sulking player doing **** all but we pay full wage.

dayday Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Technically very good but was a player without a position,to weak in the air and in the tackle, and very slow...though that free kick against Forest will stay forever in the memory bank.
DennisNedry Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Hopefully never comes back. What waste of money. Harsh. He was a good player for us a few years ago, scored some unbelievable goals. 1:50 on the second video especially! He's the best free kick taker we've had for donkeys years and better than any we have now. And did he ever miss a penalty? I'm not saying we should play him now or even keep him, but slagging him off is wrong imo. foxfanazer Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Thanks for the memories To be fair he did score some belters
Beliall Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 i always liked gallagher.....shame he couldnt make it here, but hes clearly league 1 fodder now
kingfox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Gallagagher goes Which means Gallagher is probably still around
DennisNedry Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Just like to add to my post earlier, most older fans won't understand how for a fan of my age who really got in to football just after we were relegated under Micky Adams and endured shit season after shit season, to actually have a player with technical ability and at times looked special was very exciting. Yes he was no Muzzy but he is the closest kids my age had.

Smiithy Fox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 He has scored and assisted a lot of goals in the 3 and a bit seasons he's played here. I think he deserves a little more respect than some are giving. While he was here before Sven comparing his set piece ability to Beckhams', thus giving him a new ridiculous contract, he was humble and had talent in a mediocre team. He went down hill from there. Not that I would even consider having him in our team now Oh and his wages, that too.
johnny the fox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 while he is away for the season..can we move and not tell him?
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 They've been trying to shift him permanently for 2-3 years but his wages put everybody off.
DeclanMC Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 They've been trying to shift him permanently for 2-3 years but his wages put everybody off. I bet it wasn't even 6 months after he signed his new deal.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Hopefully that bellend BRFC24 or whatever his name is goes permanently from here too.
JamesWelshFox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 We wasted this guy. he was a promising young striker when we picked him up and we then never played him as a striker. Technically one of the best players we've had in a very long time, creative and scored some very good goals. I agree he needs to move on now, his time has come and gone, but I don't understand the slagging him off, we were as much to blame for wasting him as he may have been for wasting the chance.
Guest Col city fan Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Thanks for the memories To be fair he did score some belters He scored some absolute screamers. Unfortunately that didn't compensate enough for the fact he's average in all other depts.
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Hasn't been good enough for Leicester for three or four years. If he does not suffer a lengthy injury I doubt he will ever be in Leicester again, barring a cup tie.
Bert Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Shows how greedy he is that he's not willing to join them permanently. We're obviously paying some of his wage.Agree to an extent. Why should he drop his wage if he's signed a contract with us for 4 years? Hardly his fault. You've got to take whatever you can get in this game. Good luck Gally - first few years at the club you were top draw.
Soar Fox Posted 5 July 2014 Posted 5 July 2014 Any chance his brother in-law/ Father in-law can fvck off from here permanetly aswell?
