Guest ttfn Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 We MUST win on Saturday!!!... Draw is no good! Draw would be ok on Saturday. Really it's going to come down to the Burnley, Sunderland and QPR games. Win all 3 and we'll stay up (obviously assuming another win somewhere). Win 2 and we've got a chance. Win less than 2 and we're goners.
st albans fox Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 I fvcking hate the fact that even a win and all results going in our favour STILL doesnt get us off the bottom. Don't be too impatient. Our run in has always been our opportunity to escape. We've only just got started on it.
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 You know how it looks Sunderland 29 Villa 29 Hull 28 QPR 26 Burnley 26 Leicester 22 No I didnt, hence the question? And cheers.
HesNotGudjonsonn2 Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 I don't understand all the worry and anxiety, we are clearly going to stay up without question. I have never doubted it for a minute.
FantasticMrFox Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 Everyone seems to have forgotten that our "game in hand" is against Chelski..... I for one am clinging on to that slither of hope!
Ric Flair Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 I don't think we have to win on Saturday. The crucial games are Burnley, Sunderland and our final two games vs Southampton and QPR. We obviously need another win before that as well which could easily be vs Swansea or Newcastle at home.
nixdas Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 If we can get 6 points over the next two games which would be amazing then we will be definitely in the thick of it but 4 points from the next 2 games will put us in a really good situation. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Strokes Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 It's hard to see us getting 11 points plus when we only have 22, we need to fight for our lives and get a huge slice of luck.
Stevosevic Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 It's hard to see us getting 11 points when we only have 22, we need to fight for our lives and get a huge slice of luck. That's how I see it, but then I remember we got 8 from the first 5.
whoareyaaa Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 Hull are down imo there run in is terrible and so are they, there goners. QPR imo are down they don't have the best run in and got a lucky result at the weekend, we will beat them to send them on there way. Now its betwee us, Burnley, Sunderland and Villa for the drop I think we have the best run of games out of that lot and with a bit of luck I can somehow unbelievably see us staying up. its going to be a fight to the death though and the players will need to be on top of their game every week.
Haydos Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 We MUST win on Saturday!!!... Draw is no good! What? It doesn't matter when we get the results as long as we get them. 7 out of our remaining 8 games I would say are 'winnable'. Not based on our form but because they're either against teams as shit as us or they're at home or both. It's unlikely but if we beat 3 of QPR/Burnley/Sunderland/West Brom/Newcastle then everything looks a lot different.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 Good result tonight overall Limits both teams to only a point each and both still within our reach if we can put a small run together I just hope we can manage to win a couple of games
desertfox2 Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Everyone seems to have forgotten that our "game in hand" is against Chelski..... I for one am clinging on to that slither of hope! Chelsea play man utd and then arsenal on the weekend before a midweek game with us though. Two really tough games.
st albans fox Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Chelsea play man utd and then arsenal on the weekend before a midweek game with us though. Two really tough games. And, assuming they match arsenal's points take over the next two games, a chelsea win at the emirates, that would give them the title, three days before playing us.........
Sunbury Fox Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 And, assuming they match arsenal's points take over the next two games, a chelsea win at the emirates, that would give them the title, three days before playing us......... The nightmare scenario is that Chelsea need to beat us to seal the title. Would be typical in a season when we always seem to catch teams at the wrong time eg West Brom on 'Astle day' after a big defeat which they'll be determined to put right.
KFS Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Basically we want two teams to keep winning, Chelsea and Liverpool. Our remaining tough games are Chelsea and Southampton, and if both have nothing left to play for by our games, we're laughing. One thing is for sure, we need to put this 'Astle day' occasion to bed. We need to be at our best on Saturday and we need to win.
Callabinho Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Not a bad result at all. It's time for the lads to wake up and smell the coffee and realise somehow we're still in this. Get ready for the roller coaster peeps.
Jon the Hat Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 This is Leicester, we are due a bit of luck, so I expect us to beat West Brom and Swansea. We will then not win against one of our rivals as we do, and need to beat QPR on the last day, and hope another result goes our way. We don't do things easy.

Keep us hoping right to the last minute of the last day. Expect something like this so we all have heart attacks!
LCCFox96 Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Good result last night. Particularly as Villa and QPR will both have seen this as one of their more winnable remaining games, so to have both teams restricted to a point makes happy reading for Leicester fans. But we can't read too much into other teams results now. As long as we pick up our points, as per West Ham, things will start to look a lot rosier anyway.

Do you not think hull and qpr fans think the same about us, considering our run.Love a bit of wishful thinking, but this post is suggesting we can dismiss hull and qpr, because they are down. The two teams we have been below most of the season
yorkie1999 Posted 8 April 2015 Posted 8 April 2015 Get the feeling the powers that be are setting it up for the last game, either us or qpr to stay up.
