tommyh Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 would love to see us go for Yannick Bolasie, maybe out of our range though but i have heard teams like Stoke are after him so who knows. also that Lacozzette from Lyon but just seen Man Utd are after him for 10 mil so thats a no go.
desertfox2 Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Decent player but tough to forgive that retarded dance he did when they got promoted Forgot about that. Should have been fined a months wages for that
CosbehFox Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Sebastian Prodl who was linked to us last summer has chose not to renew his contract at Werder Bremen.
Guest Col city fan Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Another 80footgiraffe list: OUT: Upson Bagayoko Gallagher Smith Knockaert Hammond Taylor-Fletcher Wood Logan Konchesky Simpson IN: Van Aarnholt - Sunderland OR Flanagan - Liverpool Colback - Newcastle Rodwell - Sunderland Yung - Swansea Any of those would be fantastic Can't agree over Rodwell. Pre Man City he looked a great player. Now he looks bang average. Another young English star who has gone downhill since being signed by Man City. Quite simply because yet again he hardly played any football for them. There should be a law against it.

Rodwell has been unlucky but even on loan he'd be a good squad player

Mayofox Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 What's our wages cap at the moment? And is it likely to be raised this summer? (assuming we stay up).
Guest Col city fan Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Tiote? Apparently on a small fortune in Geordieland and hardly a bloke you'd want fighting for the cause.
dbtcity Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 John Flanagan is out of contract, awful luck with injuries and not sure when he's due to return but he looked a tidy player not long back - still young, too. Likewise Yousuff Mulumbu, not sure if he's crocked at the moment but someone of that ilk would be perfect for us. Said the same thing the other day on twitter and someone pointed out he's just got a fresh injury and probably won't be back till around September/October.... shame really as he would be a solid signing
Devonfox1884 Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 If they don't come up, Redmond from Norwich would be good. Would absolutely love Mings and Trippier too. Maybe sneak in a bid for Holtby from Spurs as well.
Guest Col city fan Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 I'd like to get the lad from West Ham here...Kouyate? Big, strong..quite an accomplished player.
WhenYourSmilingLCFC Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Mo Diame if Hull go down? Big tough tackling midfielder. Been injured though i think
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Would rather look abroad or to the championship/other prem teams rather than buy anyone who is relegated unless they're really top, top players. Not many of them about.

theessexfox Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Kouyate and Dante mentioned El Mohamedy is a right bell, no thanks
foxfanazer Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Wouldn't mind Harrison Reed from Southampton but I think they'd be reluctant to sell. Mings (ipswich) and Gray from Birmingham would be decent
themistocles Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 I'd like to get the lad from West Ham here...Kouyate? Big, strong..quite an accomplished player. Why would he swap west ham for Leicester, the same with nzonzi (stoke) who was mentioned previous
MC Prussian Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Kouyate and Dante mentioned El Mohamedy is a right bell, no thanks In case you've forgotten about it, Esteban Cambiasso plays for Leicester City FC.
Xen Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 In case you've forgotten about it, Esteban Cambiasso plays for Leicester City FC. Yes, but EC was unwanted in Italy, coming to the 'end' of his career and wanting to play in England. Dante I can't comment on, but Kouyate is 1 year into his contract at West Ham - a club who currently are clearly better than us, in the same league as us, and probably paying him a lot more than we would

Also, he strikes me as a model professional, hardly makes the papers with off-field antics or scandals and he's quite reliable.

LCFCCKEANO Posted 12 May 2015 Posted 12 May 2015 Cheeky move for Victor Moses maybe? Bit out of our league but he has gone off the radar a bit recently, stuck at Chelsea reserves when he goes back from Stoke

Okay maybe Dante wasn't that laughable, though I really couldn't see that happening, I think there'll be bigger clubs after him, but Kouyate is a cracking player at a bigger club.
