Posted 22 April 2015 Posted 22 April 2015 I would show them the match of the day footage of how Burnley's rigid 442 is easily pulled out of shape by playing in between their lines, I think it was last week, could have been the week before, but they basically exposed their tactical flaws. Our 343 should expose their flaws, the way our front 3 rotate with 2 dropping deep and one leading the line, our wingers/wing backs will be hard to pick up and our midfield pair should be a match for theirs, but all we need to do is for one to drop while the other pushes on, but switch each time and they will, hopefully, not be able to cope. Letting the importance of the game get to the players might be counter productive, focus on the way to beat them tactically, we know exactly how they will play and we know how to counter that. Or I would just threaten them all with a Pearson special. Followed by a headbutt.
