Big_Nige Posted 23 April 2015 Posted 23 April 2015 Will be tight, scruffy game. I can't see us going for it from the off like last week. I think it'll be more like West Brom were it took us a while to settle into the game. We'll have to soak up pressure but hopefully our pace merchants can make the difference on the break. Wouldn't be unhappy with a draw, it's a can't lose rather than a must win. Having said that I'm going for 1-2. Vardy and Albrighton with a late winner to send the blue army in the fishwick stand into absolute raptures.
shen Posted 23 April 2015 Posted 23 April 2015 I don't think Burnley will lose this. We have to be well below our current form to not get anything from this. Recent history looks in our favour. I echo the many 2-2 predictions on here...
Nod.E Posted 23 April 2015 Posted 23 April 2015 It's never simple, but we just have more goals in us than they do. Hard to look past Leicester.Turn in a decent performance and we should win.
Monsell1976 Posted 23 April 2015 Posted 23 April 2015 1-1, more of a cagey performance, reckon we'll accept a point.Kind of my feelings on the game
CPW22 Posted 23 April 2015 Posted 23 April 2015 Burnley 2 - 4 Leicester If we get an early goal I can see this game being end to end madness.
Torten Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 It'll either be end-to-end madness or a stalemate. 3-4 or 1-0/0-1/0-0 then
desertfox2 Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Sticking with 0-2. Normally I'd think a draw but they will be thinking this is a must win whereas for us its a must not lose. There's no point them playing for a draw as they are 3 points from safety having played an extra game. Being at home as well they have to bring the game to us. I'd stick huth on ings anywhere around our box and with our pace if we take our chances when we hit them on the counter we should win this. Most of the plucky wins they have had this season is by sitting back and nicking a goal. I just can't see how they can play like that tomorrow. And if they attack us like I think they have to do I'm sure we will score as a open game suits us way more than it does them.
cc_star Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Can't see us winning this one. about 50 years since we won 4 in a row in the top flight, even O'Neill's teams never managed it Anyone who beats Burnley at Turf Moor has to work so bloody hard for it and I think our 3 wins will see a bit of relaxation among some that Burnley will take advantage of. For them it's must win just like our last 3 games were, for us there's the feeling a draw would be ok 2-1 to Burnley, unless Nugent plays - If he does I'm going 2-2
VLC86 Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Who cares about the score we are getting a free breakfast.
Benguin Posted 24 April 2015 Author Posted 24 April 2015 You'd think we were playing Arsenal by the predictions in here. I can's see it being anything other than a win or draw for us. No chance whatsoever Burnley will beat us.
Detroit Blues Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 1-2. I see some back and forth chances in a frantic first half leading to a goal for each side. Then a slow second half, but Leicester scoring off of a late set piece. Having Nugent available would be huge.
RedSoxUK Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 2 - 1 to us. Albrighton, Vardy / some ****er for Burnley nobody gives a shit about.

The fact that we've won 3 in a row is what worries me the most. It's very easy for complacency to creep in, and this will be a very different match from the last three, which were all against sides with little to play for. There's a lot going for us, but it's one of those games where form and quality on paper could easily amount to nothing. I'll be happy with a draw. 1-1
Fox92 Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Nige will be fired up for this and have the squad up for it. Just like Watford away last season.
Vardinhio Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Can't see Burnley winning this. Either 0-0 or we will comfortably win.
biggs Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 The negative:3-3 with us conceding in the 90th The Positive: Continue the run 3-0 to us
Suffolk exile Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Tight game - won by the odd goal.........scored by us!
