My Nads Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Arsenal the title favourites apparently! If it makes them feel better, let them live in their fantasy world. It will be harder for them to take come May!
STUHILL Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Not an awful result as I think Man City with Kompany and a fully fit Aguero will eventually go on a winning streak (more so than Arsenal), so the bigger the gap is, the better! Arsenal will do their usual run of odd results and numerous injuries and fall short like every year...
AjcW Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 it's disgusting listening to these three at the end... Talking like Arsenal have a four point gap on everyone! I miss Gary Neville!
Steven Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I think Bournmouth away has been our worst performance! Man U.
Izzy Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Nothing to fear having watched that tonight. I'm becoming more and more confident as the weeks go by. If we just keep doing what we do best and focus on our strengths rather than the opposition, who knows what we're capable of..
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 it's disgusting listening to these three at the end... Talking like Arsenal have a four point gap on everyone! I miss Gary Neville! It is funny acting like Arsenal have been the best so far this season and have a clear gap now... sorry but they are minus 2 behind Leicester
Lionator Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Let them keep underestimating/ruling us out. By the time we get respected it may be too late for the rest.
The Quick Brown Fox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 So annoying though, talking like arsenal have a 4 point gap at the top. Sack em all.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Didn't know where to put this but a Russian friend from holiday 2 years ago just contacted me to say how well we are doing. If that doesn't say we've made it I don't know what will.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 This is how they see the table: 1. Arsenal 36 2. Man City 32 3. Man U 29 4. Liverpool 24 5. Chelsea 18
promised land Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Didn't know where to put this but a Russian friend from holiday 2 years ago just contacted me to say how well we are doing. If that doesn't say we've made it I don't know what will. Does he own a very big yacht, always grins and as a hobby bought a football club?
AKCJ Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Genuinely astonishing how they've completely blanked us.
filbertstreet Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 when we win the premier league the media are going to have to make a 2nd place trophy to show on telly instead of us
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Genuinely astonishing how they've completely blanked us. Finally mention us now
ajthefox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Disappointed Arsenal won, although 6 points clear of City is nice. It's just a shame they've got Aguero back in time for him to play a couple games before they face us, and more importantly for them, they may well have Kompany back too.
Izzy Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Still can't quite believe how football genius Jamie Carragher got a job as a pundit. I'll always remember a documentary years ago when he is sharing a room with Michael Owen on an England away trip. The camera pans to Carra who's in the bathroom having a wet shave. He then picks up a dirty, used towel off the floor to dry his face with. Fvckin disgusting and that image has always stayed with me.
ScouseFox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 pellegrini said twice in his post match interview that they have 63 more points to play for and are 4 points off the leaders so it's all still to play for. they are 6 points behind us. is he just ignoring us for a joke or can he just not count?
filbertway Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 pellegrini said twice in his post match interview that they have 63 more points to play for and are 4 points off the leaders so it's all still to play for. they are 6 points behind us. is he just ignoring us for a joke or can he just not count? no he didn't?! I'm starting to get the feeling if we win the league, they're just going to give it to second place anyway haha.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 pellegrini said twice in his post match interview that they have 63 more points to play for and are 4 points off the leaders so it's all still to play for. they are 6 points behind us. is he just ignoring us for a joke or can he just not count? let him think that, can't wait till his rubbish man city turn up at Leicester and then he might remember how to count once his team get sent packing with zero points
AKCJ Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted in the Star Wars thread by accident... About a minutes worth of "they've been lucky with injuries" and "it's going to be interesting how they're going to cope with 3 games in a week" (as if these players have never done it before). The funniest bit was when they showed Arsenal's upcoming fixtures and then showed ours which are nigh on identical and went on about how encouraging it is for Arsenal and that we'll "do well not to lose too many games". **** off Sky you absolute cumstains.
Jimothy Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 pellegrini said twice in his post match interview that they have 63 more points to play for and are 4 points off the leaders so it's all still to play for. they are 6 points behind us. is he just ignoring us for a joke or can he just not count? He didn't. He mentioned being 4 points behind Arsenal and 6 behind Leicester. You probably didn't hear it because Pellegrini talks like a Sting song and only the last word of each sentence is actually audible.
kyleolly Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Now we are going to find it difficult because we don't play in Europe so playing 2 games in a week is alien to us over Christmas? Chelsea on Monday Win Everton on Saturday win
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 He didn't. He mentioned being 4 points behind Arsenal and 6 behind Leicester. You probably didn't hear it because Pellegrini talks like a Sting song and only the last word of each sentence is actually audible. would have preferred he did say it, because if I was Claudio I would have been playing that to all the players before our game
