The Doctor Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Imagine having Sherwood for the extended interview. He reminds me more and more of Rob Kelly, if Rob Kelly's favourite flavour of ice-pole was giraffe
Corky Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Did Sherwood take credit for his scoring record at Blackburn?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Villa are going to be awful to watch aren't they
KFS Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Villa are going to struggle this year. Rudy Gestede is not up to it.
The Doctor Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Why whenever I hear Neville Neville do I mentally append it with your face is a mess?
IOWFOX Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 I cannot be the only one who thinks all this 'memphis' sh*t is a load of b*llocks?
The Doctor Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 I cannot be the only one who thinks all this 'memphis' sh*t is a load of b*llocks? Eh, the reasons fair, but why not just change name by deed poll to something like your mothers maiden name?
whoareyaaa Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 John Stones would replace Cahill is he having a laugh? Why Alan Shearer is aloud to present on motd I have no idea, looks like a crumpet.
Jimothy Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 John Stones would replace Cahill is he having a laugh? Why Alan Shearer is aloud to present on motd I have no idea, looks like a crumpet. Alan Shearer has never presented MOTD
IOWFOX Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Eh, the reasons fair, but why not just change name by deed poll to something like your mothers maiden name? I have literally only just heard the reason but they didnt let him do it in or for holland. I remember hearing that southampton's guly du prado wanted just guly on his shirt when they were in league 1, he wasnt allowed yet hernandez has always had chicarito and its not even his real bloody name!
BlueSi13 Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Swansea City were absolutely outstanding today. Totally dominated a quite turgid Chelsea side and were seriously unlucky not to come away with the three points. All doesn't seem to be well with Mourinho's side.

Totally dominated a quite turgid Chelsea side and were seriously unlucky not to come away with the three points. All doesn't seem to be well with Mourinho's side. Chelsea seem a bit stale, I said it last week after the Community Shield. I'm all for continuity, but they've added nothing to the team. Even the best need a shake up every so often.
Wymsey Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Need a 'who will Bournemouth beat first' sweepstake, as I fear for them after not scoring against Villa. I predict Norwich at home.
Captain... Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Villa are going to struggle this year. Rudy Gestede is not up to it. Gestede could be their Ulloa, not Going to win games single handed but hitting double figures and putting away the chances created by his teammates. Villa didn't look great on the highlights and they will probably struggle but it won't be just because of Gestede, but because they are lacking in many departments. Bournemouth will need to learn to take their chances Villa were there for the taking but they failed. They needed a good start for confidence, if they can take some positives from the game and carry it forward they might be ok, but the longer they go without a win, a point or even a goal will build the pressure.
Corky Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 Need a 'who will Bournemouth beat first' sweepstake, as I fear for them after not scoring against Villa. I predict Norwich at home. They play Norwich at home on January 16th. They aren't that bad.
Jimothy Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 If you're going to try and pick a teams first win, might be an idea to look at the fixtures list!
AKCJ Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 Anyone hear Tim Sherwood on MOTD? What an absolute willy puller. He said something along the lines of "These lads work really hard, I have them in at 9 and they don't go home until 3. They earn enough money so i'm not going to apologise for that".
AKCJ Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 Need a 'who will Bournemouth beat first' sweepstake, as I fear for them after not scoring against Villa. I predict Norwich at home. MK Dons next season.

Apologies, my post was meant as two separate statements. Just wary of Gestede given that he just scored against a Championship side and Sherwood is clamouring over him. Guess we'll see
EnglishOxide Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 Chelsea seem a bit stale, I said it last week after the Community Shield. I'm all for continuity, but they've added nothing to the team. Even the best need a shake up every so often. Mourinho always struggles in the third year.
Fox92 Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 Reece Oxford starting for West Ham at 16 years of age. Nice to see them giving an opportunity to another academy product.
The Doctor Posted 9 August 2015 Posted 9 August 2015 West Ham look a bit doggo, strikers isolated and defending is last ditch. I know it's arsenal, but their defence is pretty shoddy, and Cech won't have solved all of that in a month.
