Kitchandro Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 as i said all summer, west brom will be right in trouble. gasher than gash People have just assumed they'll be safe because Pulis is in the charge. If you actually look at their team, let's be honest, it's poor. And I'm not basing that on tonight, they're playing Man City. But they have some rubbish players. On another note, is it just me or is it so obvious that they turn the away end noise up when one of the big boys is playing away from home? (I'm not a Sunderland fan btw).
SomalianFox15 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 This really is a nothing performance from West Brom. Way too easy for Man City.
Finnegan Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 West Brom are too boring to go down. We'll lose someone a bit entertaining instead.

(I'm not a Sunderland fan btw). yeah that's what i've been saying in here all summer, they look awful. berahino might score a few but is clearly a tempremental nob head. they've got about 15 huge centre halves and other than that a bunch of championship players really. lambert might batter a few in but it won't be pretty. like i said a few weeks back though, i think they fit into the villa, newcastle and possibly us category of not too good to go down, but better than 3 other even worse teams (bournemouth, norwich, sunderland).
Kitchandro Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 I don't understand how they decide when to wear an away kit.Last season Arsenal wore their away kit at our place, then when we went their place we wore our home kit? Sunderland wore their home kit away at Newcastle last season, Southampton who wear the same colours as Sunderland then wore their away kit at Newcastle yesterday. Sunderland and Newcastle are the worst for it, neither ever wear their away kit against the other despite the fact they both play in white striped kits with black shorts. I'm not sure if that's some petty rivalry thing where they refuse to do it, but it makes their games so difficult to watch! Should keep it simple and go back to the old days - light v dark. You'd think clubs would be desperate to wear away kits because they'd probably sell more?
Brown Fox Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 That was so wank by sterling. Can't believe he cost £15 million more than aguero
The Bear Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 I imagine Pulis will resign by September then take over Leicester in March to lead them to safety??? West Brom will be fine once Pulis abandons this 4-4-2 nonsense with ten men behind the ball and no pace on the flanks to counter with. Piss poor management against this sort of team. May as well just play a proper 4-5-1.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 it's a shame because with the addition of Rondon, Berahino and him could have been quite a good strikeforce.
Guest ttfn Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 How many West Brom players do we think would get in our first team? Fletcher maybe? Berahino? Lescott? After that I'm struggling.
HitchinFox Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Christ. Watching this makes me thank the stars that we didn't panic and get that baseball cap-wearing bore when he was available last season. How can somebody who's so antipathetic to the sport of football actually carve a career for himself within it? Simply awful. Wouldn't be surprised if West Brom will flirt with relegation this season. Give a man a reputation as an early riser and he can sleep until noon. Never has that adage been more true than with Pulis. That Stoke team he built up had enough nastiness to cause a nuisance and stay up. This team has no mindless thugs to enforce Pulis' anti-football, so might struggle.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Mahrez is 10 times the player sterling is 49mill oh my Liverpool ripped them off
Unabomber Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 If west brom stay up I will eat Tony Pulis's hat.
johnny the fox Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 move along ..there is nothing to see here..
The Horse's Mouth Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 How many West Brom players do we think would get in our first team? Fletcher maybe? Berahino? Lescott? After that I'm struggling. Foster would, Sessegnon maybe?
Finnegan Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 How many West Brom players do we think would get in our first team? Fletcher maybe? Berahino? Lescott? After that I'm struggling. Lescott would walk in to most teams, he's far too good for their side.
Guest ttfn Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Foster would, Sessegnon maybe? I'm not sure Foster would anymore. Sessegnon no chance
The Horse's Mouth Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Yacob used to be quite good, but I think he's really fallen off.
lgfualol Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 ??? West Brom will be fine once Pulis abandons this 4-4-2 nonsense with ten men behind the ball and no pace on the flanks to counter with. Piss poor management against this sort of team. May as well just play a proper 4-5-1. I don't want Pulis near this club. He's a punk ass bitch.
VLC86 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Mahrez is 10 times the player sterling is 49mill oh my Liverpool ripped them off I recon id sell Mahrez for £490 million
