The Horse's Mouth Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 I don't mind teams being set up hard to beat, but Pulis has set WBA up in the most negative formation possible, it depressing. Pretty much playing 3 centre backs across the 4 at the back and pretty much playing 4 central midfielders. Where's the pace, where's the creativity? I'm sure he wasn't this bad at Palace and Stoke? He at least used the likes of Puncheon, and played real full backs. And to think people wanted him here A back line of Wasyl, Huth, Morgan and Konch and a flat midfield of James, Drinky, King and Hammond! The joys! I can see why people did want him here though, he would have fixed the leaks at the back but **** me. West Brom have been turgid for quite sometime, Palace had a decent set of creative attackers at his disposal so they proved to be quite a match in the end. But ****ing hell, survival is surely not worth watching this for 38 games a season
MC Prussian Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Never thought I'd say it, but I really want West Bromwich to score.

People wanted him to here to keep us up which he might have done if he came mid season but I'm glad he didnt, we are a sexy club now. Pulis is anti football always has been, get a team full of big ****ers and try and head the **** out of the ball.

Even pushing Brunt further forward, or playing a 433 with two fast players either side of Lambert. There's no excuse to be this negative, even v Man City.
weller54 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Man City look a threat to our title ambitions!!!
benpicko Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 I'd look to sell the club as well playing football like this every week fúcking hell
Guest Col city fan Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 An absolute master class from Man City. That said, Brom were utterly woeful. They are nothing to be scared about.
weller54 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Sickening seeing the league table and us languishing in 2nd!!!!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Ranieri needs to sort it out! Bloody second...
Master Fox Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Would we take second place? Then next season push on for the title? I'm pretty disappointed being knocked off the top. We gave away silly goals on Saturday.
tylesta Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Not bothered about being moved off top as good as it looks had a tenner on man city to win 3-0
fuchsntf Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Sickening seeing the league table and us languishing in 2nd!!!! yeh , I am devastated, heartbroken...oh Kasper why didnt you save those Sunderland goals.!!! now the fans will be calling for NP to be reinstated..
Dan Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Sunderland and Newcastle are the worst for it, neither ever wear their away kit against the other despite the fact they both play in white striped kits with black shorts. I'm not sure if that's some petty rivalry thing where they refuse to do it, but it makes their games so difficult to watch! Should keep it simple and go back to the old days - light v dark. You'd think clubs would be desperate to wear away kits because they'd probably sell more? I did wonder what it was. I've always assumed it's the fact they're both embarrassingly awful at football.
Guest Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Season over!!! Is it? Great stuff, Champions League here we come!
AjcW Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 10pm on Monday and still no MOTD on catch up.... BBC need to sort themselves out. They've no right to complain about losing things like the open to Sky.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Is it? Great stuff, Champions League here we come! Champions league is just what was expected... we should be winning the title

AjcW Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Will be on from midnight tonight, always has been.I know just think it's a long time to wait compared to other programs. Strange!
Dan Posted 10 August 2015 Posted 10 August 2015 Really hope West Brom go down. Pulis deserves a relegation. First game of the season after the summer and they've got Chester & Brunt at full-back. It's embarrassing.
