Ollie93 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 You have absolutely zero knowledge what so ever. You come across as, at best, childish and naive and, at worst, thick. What, you've been on a holiday to Thailand and you now know everything about the sex trade? You have literally no statistics, evidence, anecdotal or otherwise, yet you feel qualified to discredit two of the most travelled adults in this community, based on what? I'd do yourself a favour and wind your neck in a little, personally. Alright mate, no need to get so irate. You seem to come off a little rude don't you. How am I being thick? Also If you'd like to tell me where I stated I knew about the sex trade? I'm saying they can't say these girls were forced into prostitution when they don't know their personal back ground. So if you'd like to read through my posts before having your little rant that would be fantastic.

Finnegan Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 You literally just posted that a small percentage of people are forced in to the sex industry, then said you have no knowledge or stats to back up your claim. You probably don't want to challenge my reading comprehension when you've just filled this thread with ridiculous assumptions. Though, yes, I am quite rude. Irate? No, just rude.
Aus Fox Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 As a side note to the thrust of this discussion. Today I went into work and suddenly people who have never spoken to me about football in years are speaking about LCFC. The embarassment and shame which I felt in having to speak about the topic in a polite manner (with no mention of rimming) extends far beyond Thailand, LCFC, the UK and those three idiots. Also, how bad do I feel for a couple of my mates who are married to ladies from the region? How bad do I feel facing these ladies (many with PhDs) when the club that I passionately support associates me with these rancid acts? I am more angry today about this than when I first heard the news. I agree, sipping my cup of tea from my Leiester City mug in the staff room at work today was a little uncomfortable as people flicked through The Age newspaper containing a story about Leicester City's vile racist orgy! People who I haven't spoken to about football before suddenly taking an interest and making comments. I hope we as a club make a stand and sack the three players as soon as the management return from Thailand. Misogyny, racism and generally being a dick (excuse te pun) to a fellow human, regardless of their profession is not something our club should tolerate. This is making headlines across the globe and the good work we have done on the pitch this season has been undone by three absolute morons. The orgy is one thing, hey what everyone does in the private life is exactly that private, that is until you make a video and share it with others. But the way these ladies are spoken to is completely unacceptable and anyone that thinks they are justified seriously needs to look at their own morals. This is reason alone for sacking these individuals, but even if you think everything that happened here is ok and jut lads being lads. How do you think current and future sponsors see news like this? Would you want your buisness associated with global news like this? After surviving a season in the premiership we have become more attractive to bigger sponsors and more money and then this, back to where we were last season if not a worse position from a marketing point of view. What might this cost us? A new midfielder? A new centre back? Survival next season? The truth is we will never know the true cost of this incident to the club, the owners and everyone associated with the club. But we so need to act now and sack these three. And yes I would say the same if this was our three best first team players.

If you'd even bothered to read what I posted, I stated you can't say these girls are forced into it, I don't have to know anything about the sex trade to state that. But obviously you knew that because of your phenomenal reading comprehension.
Mike Oxlong Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 You wouldn't want a Tom Hopper match worn shirt. Would probably look like a skidpan up the back.
JAPANFOX1 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 And yet you come from a country, i assume from your name, that finds it perfectly acceptable to munch your way through the entire eastern oceans supply of sharks and whales and also chop off every rhinocerous' horn to enhance your bedroom skills. Your lack of cultural knowledge provides me with great humour and enjoyment. As it must be around lunchtime in the UK and I guess being unemployed can make the days seem quite long let me educate you: 1) There is no ocean known as the Eastern Ocean where these fictional animals are swimming. 2) There are no rhinoceros on the island nation of Japan, you must be confusing Asia with Africa.
ramboacdc Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 Whatever his personal make up was he was sacked for breaking Davidson's jaw, as bang to rights as it could ever be. You don't have to be innocent to sue someone and cost them time, money and reputation. This needs to be done by the book but as quick as is legally and practicably possible. we won the appeal and got everything back from the wise case if memory serves.
5waller5 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 You wouldn't, but it's not your money is it. No big business (unless they are moronic) will just sack people without following the correct procedures, especially when they have contracts worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. The most seriously viewed "crime" will be the racist comment and that came from one person from what I can tell. I'd rather not watch the whole thing, but was it even said on camera, is it obvious who it is? I'm fairly sure that one is definitely sackable, but the others could depend on the interpretation of the wording in their contracts about what's expected. It was also a Sunday out of season when many club people could be away on holiday and not contactable. My point was from a HR procedural point I see no risk in instant dismissal on the grounds of gross misconduct. Whilst representing the club on a trip abroad videoing yourself with 2 naked mates, conducting sexual acts, whilst insulting the ethnicity of your sexual partners in the country of your business owners, then sending it to your mates, is as Gross Misconduct as you can get!!! In fact if the HR people ever wanted to exemplify Gross Misconduct this video would be an excellent training aid. Whilst I've been in many employment tribunals and they are ridiculously in favour of the employee, with the judge seeming to find ways to favour them .... I cannot see any possible reason to not instantly dismiss them and grant them an appeal. Follow the ACAS guidelines for good measure and they literally cannot go wrong.
kingcarr21 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/leicester-racist-orgy-european-anti-racism-5800677 Im sorry if this has been mentioned. Whos post has made it onto the mirror website??? A supporter on fans’ forum FoxesTalk said: “Disgusting and inexcusable behaviour... I wouldn’t want to be in James Pearson’s shoes, must make it awkward for Nige.”
Guest ttfn Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 I mean that's just ridiculous though isn't it, her final comment. At the end of the day you can go blue in the face telling people how they should act. If they choose to not follow that advice you can't blame him for the actions of 22 year olds. Alright Sepp.
kingcarr21 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 FT mentioned in today's mirror. Massive It does highlight the work our moderators have to do. I havent seen why people have been banned but when a national newspaper takes a direct quote off the forum it shows that people read FT.

thybluefox Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 FT mentioned in today's mirror. Massive I'm glad that our disgust, as a group of supporter as a whole, has been reported though. Its important for the clubs image that no one representing the club (staff and fans) is seen to try and make excuses for what they've done

Japanfox, Yorkie is talking about the large market in Far eastern countries for Rhino horn and ivory. Which is used for herbal medicines and the likes. The Rhino horn and Ivory comes from Africa but gets shipped to Far eastern countries. Got it?
JAPANFOX1 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 Eastern oceanSSSSS meaning oceans in the east, Rhin.....Forget it, i'm not getting drawn into this. You're an idiot. Then surely you need an apostrophe in order to clarify your intended meaning. Adding SSSSSSS to the end of a word is surely not common practice in English punctuation is it? Is this a special "Hinckley" local language trait?
MC Prussian Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 Eastern oceanSSSSS meaning oceans in the east, Rhin.....Forget it, i'm not getting drawn into this. You're an idiot. Says the one who thinks JapanFox1 is actually Japanese.
davieG Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 we won the appeal and got everything back from the wise case if memory serves. But it maintained headline news for some considerable time, the point i'm making is that the club needs to avoid this dragging on and to get it out of the news asap they need to ensure that what ever decision the make satisfies the all legal requirements and the hoards of people looking to find fault with whatever decision is made.
Rincewind Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 You do not put someone on trial without a defence lawter. Even if they were caught in the act a nd witnessed by a thousand people and they admit it. It is the same with dimissal procedures. They will have a rep with them who first has to be contacted and flown out toThailand. They will then have to talk to the players advise them of their rights and how to respond when questioned.and tell them the best outcome It may be they can just ask for a transfer and hope they can find a new club quickly. It will be difficult for them because they will have to face new fans, manager and teamates. Can you imagine the ribbing they will receive in the dressing room and showers? 'Hey (?) lick my bum' etc. And if they have a bad game, the chants from the fans? I am sure some on here could think of some good ones if the situation was reversed and a disgraced player came to City.
Babylon Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 Then surely you need an apostrophe in order to clarify your intended meaning. Adding SSSSSSS to the end of a word is surely not common practice in English punctuation is it? Is this a special "Hinckley" local language trait? Adding an s to indicate the plural is very common. Anyway... the insults being chucked about are needless. Can we all stay on point.
bmt Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 I can't believe anyone is defending them. Having watched the video, the 'orgy' is disgusting in itself. Taking advantage of one's position to subjugate other human beings like that is inexcusable. Using sex workers (which is a reasonable thing to presume) is one thing but forcing them to perform acts purely to humiliate them is another entirely, especially considering it is likely a job they have been forced into, whether physically or by their position. The racism is even worse. For a football player who essentially wants to carve out a career where they are a role model to millions of young people around the world, dehumanising the women by using racist language is not just in bad taste, it is dangerous. Encouraging young people to see others as beneath themselves is no matter to shrug off as 'boys being boys' (which is a ridiculous concept in itself). I don't care how it is done or how long it takes, the club needs to get rid of these three imbeciles. And more importantly, football clubs in general need to make more of an effort to educate their young players on simple matters such as how to act in a professional and decent way. I too feel utterly embarrassed that my club is associated with this behaviour. It must be a very hard day for Nige. Being put in this position is so unfair, and as we all know he is a man with complete respect for people with regardless of race or background. The fact people are using it to drag his name through the dirt once more is completely wrong.
JAPANFOX1 Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 I'll finish it for you Yorkie. Japanfox, Yorkie is talking about the large market in Far eastern countries for Rhino horn and ivory. Which is used for herbal medicines and the likes. The Rhino horn and Ivory comes from Africa but gets shipped to Far eastern countries. Got it? It must be Dumb and Dumber. The term "Far East" is an antiquated term no longer used as it suggests a very Anglo or Eurocentric view of the world (i.e. to those of you from Hinckley this means a closed mind to them people over there or in the language of player X "slit-eyes"). As the "Far East" is inclusive of many diverse countries all with different practices, diets, traditions etc you are clearly generalizing when you link these people with the use of "Rhino" without actually backing up your slur with evidence. At no point in history, past or present, have the Japanese had any relationship with "Rhinos" in terms of medicine or bedroom practices. If the discovery channel is your only source of education it clearly is not working. Imagine how dumb I would sound to you if you were listening to me say what you said.
bmt Posted 1 June 2015 Posted 1 June 2015 Why the hell are some users using this thread for racial stereotyping?!
