Well it won't happen this year. That's for sure.

8 weeks bare minimum for a planning application.

Plus however many weeks when it gets objections. Followed by building works.

With the club never actually meeting the original conditions we are looking at least next summer. So get used to 32k and a lot of begging. Or paying Thomas Cook for a trip you don't need.

True, there would be no way this would be completed for next season now (knowing council probably not even approved by then)

I keep hearing a lot of whispers from the club with certain plans etc but would be nice to get some official word of their plans. Of course no one could imagine the success of this season but we need to be capitalising on revenue as much as possible, I know it's slightly different but look at West Ham adding an extra 6k seats due to high demand

Is it? If we doubled the price, we wouldn't sell out. I'd tell them to ram my ST so far up their arse it would be coming out their mouth.

Don't get me wrong I'm not suggesting the club to actually do that lol the cheaper the better!! lol

Was just meaning there is a lot of fans that can't get tickets and I'm sure there is a lot that wouldn't be put off paying above face value to get a ticket (especially in the next 7 games), something I can rarely remember happening in the clubs history (minus Wembley trips/ cup runs)

I'm more interested in the quality of homes persimmon are building and one half of the street being young professionals wearing suits the other half being downtown Baghdad wearing Mckenzie tracksuits

basically lazy council mixed in with people who work, only one way house prices will go

I think he is slightly OTT with that, yes they do have to build anti social houses as we call them in the trade, but some are those 50-50 share schemes, some are proper knuckle dragging mouth breathers with a dozen kids in tow.

But it's not a back hander, also what would you prefer, an estate full of them like the not so nice areas around leicester or just a few here and there? Thats why they now mix up new housing so it's not a complete rough area.

Out of interest what Persimmon site is his house on?

Forgive me, isn't this thread about the stadium?

Hang on, is this subliminal messaging telling us Persimmon have won the contract to extend the stadium?

Nah I think it's the usual bollocks we all get sidetracked talking about HPF lol

Anyway let's expand the stadium 40-42000 ish would suffice?

What whispers are you actually hearing and from what kind of source?

A new stadium would be awesome, in a way adding 10,000 seats to our existing stadium is like putting a £20,000 kitchen in your two bed terraced house.

Going forward if we're going to compete with the 7th-10th clubs let alone the top six we'll need a stadium fit for purpose. They said we'd never fill this one and we did, we were filling it last year when we'd barely won a game for six months. If the pricing is right and the football is good then build and they shall come.

If it was up to me we'd build a 60,000 stadium and anything that wasn't sold to the paying public would be given to school kids as an investment in future Leicester fans, create a culture of people going to see their team, we'd sell more merchandise and food & drink, etc. We have the population to make this viable, we aren't Darlington.

The money goes anyway one way or another and when we eventually get relegated again anything the club has earned will have gone out on transfer fees and wages. Lets build an infrastructure that keeps us at the top long term in a sustainable manner.

Marina gardens in Northampton but from what I have observed they are all the same. Seriously anyone looking to buy a persimmon house pm me and I can provide you a wealth of information that persimmon neglect to tell you.

I know a few people have floated the idea of a new stadium altogether and initially I wasn't too keen on the idea, however having seen the video of West Ham's new stadium even if we expanded our ground and added extra facilities to the new areas we'd still be quite some way behind so I'm actually warming to the idea.

Never going to happen.

West hams new stadium is pretty awful, no proper concourse areas for the upper tier due to the complete fook up of the 'legacy'.   And the upper tier views are going to be awful. Can't imagine how you could be impressed with that stadium.  The new spurs stadium looks much more promising.

What is the capacity going to be for the new Spuds stadium?

Think it was 61,000. Pretty sure they've done it so it holds about 20 more seats than the Emirates for the 'our stadiums bigger than yours' bragging rights.

Best part of the new ground is the giant single tier stand behind one of the goals. If that's all standing it would be unreal.

I hate the bragging my stadium is bigger than yours rubbish, it's really tedious beyond belief

In other news I'm not sure if I have already said but I have a 12" penis that is 4" wide

Perhaps Susan Whelan will tell us what the club intends to do about the 'lost' fans. There was a quick reaction to the Silver Membership scandal once it was raised. Perhaps they haven't noticed the pent up demand :dunno:

Really think the club need to tap into this potential and quickly

honestly mate they are ****ing shite, not sure where to begin really, over 60 snags identified within the first 3 months of moving in and awful after care service, all our neighbours in same boat plus all new home builders (not just persimmon) are under directive from the government (back hander) to build a percentage of social housing mixed in with private housing.....one side of our street is full of young professionals who work full time, the other side of the street is like beirut.

when you move in you will see what i mean, if you have the option i would try and pull out now and i am not exaggerating.

Cheers for that, I will pass that on to the Mrs.
