Jimothy Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Gabriel has had his ban removed. Who will wind him up on Saturday then.. But he could be re-banned depending on the outcome of his hearing though?
KFS Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Oh it will work, just keep making fun of him. If that fails get Ulloa in a Costa mask. Is he any good? Maybe it's better him playing than the seasoned Mertesacker
st albans fox Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 But he could be re-banned depending on the outcome of his hearing though? Is the hearing going to be resolved before Friday? In any case, I would expect only a warning. I mean if he got off for kicking out, how can they ban him for not actually touching anyone afterwards?

Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Try saying "Per Mertesacker" without sounding like Cartman saying "Paul motorcycle"
TheUltimateWinner Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Kasper De Laet Benny Morgan Fuchs Drinkwater Kante Mahrez King Albrighton Vardy
Wymsey Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Not sure on Benny, he was due a good performance like today after his poor previous ones but he seems a bit of a 'bombscare'.
Spicer Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 After watching the West Ham game I would go with... Kasper De Laet Huth Morgan Fuchs Mahrez King Kante Albrighton Vardy Ulloa Harsh on Drinkwater I know.
Jimmy Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 and your reason for dropping Schlupp is what exactly, our weakness is down the other flank
possiblygeorge Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 I'll be happy with a draw from this. Snatch as many points as you can from the top sides before December. December itself will be telling of where we are at
Finnaldo Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Imagine getting the win here. Around halfway to survival by the end of September.
st albans fox Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Jeff won't be dropped and king won't start. That's two certainties for Saturday.
Koke Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Cazorla will be back for them on Saturday but it looks like Coquelin will miss the game due to injury. I really hope they start Arteta in the middle and persist with Ramsey on the wing (where he's almost useless). We will most likely have about 35% possession but if they play Arteta & Santi together we have a great chance to overpower them in midfield. I doubt we'll keep a clean sheet so I say 2-2.
FoxInTheBox89 Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 After a great performance from Ulloa. Would you start him ahead of Okazaki?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Schmeichel De Laet Morgan Huth Fuchs Kante Drinkwater Albrighton Mahrez Schlupp Vardy Subs: Schwarzer, Benalouane, Simpson, King, Dyer, Ulloa, Okazaki
Daz93 Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Coquelin out is a big bonus for us. Without him if we get into them in the middle hopefully we'll disrupt their flow. Kante definitely needs to start but would keep the same line-up mostly, due to the 120 minutes played by many tonight. Hoping Okazaki finds some form - Ulloa as option from the bench. XI: Kasper; RDL, Huth, Wes, Schlupp; Mahrez, Drinky, Kante, Albrighton; Okazaki, Vardy Bench: Schwarzer, Fuchs, Benalouane, King, Inler, Dyer, Ulloa
Wymsey Posted 22 September 2015 Posted 22 September 2015 Don't know if Okazaki is the type to play against these. The Gunners seem to struggle when teams put pressure on them.
foxes21 Posted 22 September 2015 Author Posted 22 September 2015 Think we need to give Schlupp a rest. Honestly he was awful when he came on. Stick him on the bench and put Dyer or Albrighton LW, Fuchs LB.
BigWesMorgan Posted 23 September 2015 Posted 23 September 2015 Anyone think this? Schmeichel RDL/Simpson Benalouane Huth Fuchs Mahrez King Kante Drinkwater Albrighton Vardy
Rincewind Posted 23 September 2015 Posted 23 September 2015 After last week the scoreline 1-1 popped into my head. I'll stick and take that as a result. Tonight (WHU) shows that we can compete with the top hal as well as the bottom half teams even with what effectively a second team. But as Ranaeri said after the Stoke we cannot keep coming from behind. Hopefully City will score first (Marhez) against Arsenal.
Rincewind Posted 23 September 2015 Posted 23 September 2015 I stand corrected:) http://www.11v11.com/matches/leicester-city-v-arsenal-23-november-1994-21874/ How did we win with that team ? They had Paul Dickov in their team. Also noticed we had 11 English players and they had 9 with a Scot and Swede making up the 11. A bit different now.
KFS Posted 23 September 2015 Posted 23 September 2015 Anyone think this? Schmeichel RDL/Simpson Benalouane Huth Fuchs Mahrez King Kante Drinkwater Albrighton Vardy I like that, but he won't drop Wes unfortunately. Would be tempted to drop Leo in as lone striker since he had the beating of a Arsenal last year, and Vards is a player who needs support. Unless of course we let Andy King play his 2010/11 game.
psychonaut Posted 23 September 2015 Posted 23 September 2015 Think we need to give Schlupp a rest. Honestly he was awful when he came on. Stick him on the bench and put Dyer or Albrighton LW, Fuchs LB. Awful is a tad harsh - his end product hasnt been the best lately but his movement and involvement in all things positive was excellent as usual.
