Let's not fall into a stupid trap. The extra money means we can outbid teams from foreign leagues but shouldn't mean we pay way over the odds for players I do agree with that but at the same time foreign clubs are likely going to try and bleed every penny they can out of clubs like us because they know we have the clout. Who can blame them really. I'd do exactly the same. If Rijeka were selling Kramaric to us or Feyenoord they'd want more off us. I'm sure of it.

Freeman's Wharfer Posted 20 December 2015 Posted 20 December 2015 I went to watch Ajax vs Herenveen a couple of weeks ago and this guy is exactly what we need to go alongside Vardy. Tall, strong, quick, great first touch, good finisher - I was keeping an eye on him because of the speculation but I was very impressed. He did miss a penalty but apart from that he was great and looked almost too good for his team mates and one step ahead at times. He was constantly laying things off first time and showing clever little flicks which allowed everyone else to play off him. Sign him up Claudio!

Some - in fact most of the defending was woeful. It wasn't just their ability and organisation it was their attitude, lack of drive, low levels of fitness, the lot.

I excluded cup and sub appearances as they could be against any old shit, or he could have been on the pitch 30 seconds. Harsh to consider that an appearance. His goals scored per 90 minutes in the league are 0.69 this season and 0.78 last season. A change yes, but not something you would worry about considering it's still an excellent return. Seems like his best days days are over to me..............................
