TheMightySystem Posted 19 November 2015 Posted 19 November 2015 Hard to predict this game, Newcastle looked very good against Sunderland and lost then looked dog muck in the game against Bournemouth and won. Being positive so a 2-1 win. Vardy and Drinkwater for us and Perez for them. Could be anything though.
lgfualol Posted 19 November 2015 Posted 19 November 2015 Lawros says 2-1 Newcastle He thinks we'll lose all the time though. The guy can't wait for us to lose some games so he can look less dumb.
Brooksy Posted 19 November 2015 Posted 19 November 2015 2-1 to Newcastle Reckon Vardy will get his goal, we'll just somehow lose. Mitrovic and that player beginning with W to score for them. Wes Morgan OG?
Jimmy Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Isn't N'Golo Kante from Paris? I wonder whether he is in the right head space to play?
EnglishOxide Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 french national anthem to be played before the start of the match Absolute nonsense. What happened at Wembley was enough. This is just shameless self promotion from the Premier League. Sick of this grief tourism that engulfs the nation in society and amongst social media these days. We are becoming a nation full of scousers. Surely the biggest tribute to the dead, and the biggest '**** you' to terrorism would be to just get on with it now.
My Nads Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 french national anthem to be played before the start of the match We all feel bad about what happened in Paris, but what has it got to do with football, let alone football in England? It's just playing into the terrorists hands by giving them even more publicity. We really are a bunch of soppy gits theses days.

Livid Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Not overly confident, one of those grounds we never do well at.
Ric Flair Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 we'll het something from this, I feel a late, late winner coming on. 97th minute or something.
lgfualol Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Isn't N'Golo Kante from Paris? I wonder whether he is in the right head space to play? I doubt it'll affect him at all unless he was there or someone he knew died. Mahrez is from Paris as well I think.
Jimothy Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 They're quite decent at set-pieces, our obvious main issue, so being careful at the back would be great. http://www.whoscored.com/Regions/252/Tournaments/2/Seasons/5826/Stages/12496/TeamStatistics/England-Premier-League-2015-2016 2 goals from set pieces all season, same as us one of the lowest in the league.
foxfanazer Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 True Geordie predicting a 2-2 draw but doesn't seem overly confident
Leicesterpool Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Don't even go there, last year was enough of a shambles. Oh yeah the screen in the corner apparently blew out of position. Utter cahos outside of the turnstile, by 2.30pm nobody told us what was going on, In fact at to ring home to find out.

It's just playing into the terrorists hands by giving them even more publicity. We really are a bunch of soppy gits theses days. It has everything to do with English football. Our right to freedom and to go watch the football and have a few beers is exactly the kind of thing ISIS want to suppress! Football has and always will be a powerful weapon, remember the only ceasefire during WW1 came when English and German troops played a game of football on xmas day. the love of football is probably the biggest thing that the world can connect with. just my opinion though.
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Lawro predicting a Geordie win! Although his predicted table has us 17th, Chelsea 2nd and West Ham 18th.

Utter cahos outside of the turnstile, by 2.30pm nobody told us what was going on, In fact at to ring home to find out. Was a bit of a shambles. Seemed to no presence from the club making any kind of announcements outside the ground or anything. We heard a rumour about what had happened from an Irish Newcastle fan who was waiting around nearby. There wasn't even that much information coming from Newcastles official Twitter account.

Nice one mate. I agree. It has something to do with all of us.

Hopefully no cahos tomorrow.
thybluefox Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Utter cahos pal, I flew over from Italy for the match. Hopefully no cahos tomorrow. We were glad the KO was delayed in the end. Got stuck in traffic coming into Newcastle and were 45 mins late. Would have missed the first half had it not been for the shit screen.
Ric Flair Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 I wonder what state of mind Kante is going to be in? First the French attacks and now the Mali attacks where his family is from, I think? Hope he's ok.
possiblygeorge Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 What UK channel is the match televised on? EDIT: Came across a stat which is worth noting: If Leicester avoid defeat, they will set a new club top-flight record of 10 consecutive away matches unbeaten.
Gerard Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 I wonder what state of mind Kante is going to be in? First the French attacks and now the Mali attacks where his family is from, I think? Hope he's ok. He'll be fine, unless it's family, friends or people you know involved it doesn't effect most people. I'm sure with the London 7/7 bombings most of us just carried on as normal that day and the days after rather than being affected by it.
TrentFox Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 I was on the tube at Edgware Road that day and I didn't carry on as normal for days. Weeks if I'm honest. But I guess being in London and reminded every day of what you dodged possibly enhanced those feelings.
Fox92 Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Was a bit of a shambles. Seemed to no presence from the club making any kind of announcements outside the ground or anything. We heard a rumour about what had happened from an Irish Newcastle fan who was waiting around nearby. There wasn't even that much information coming from Newcastles official Twitter account. We were walking up to the ground and one of my mates who actually supports Newcastle text me to say "I think it's been called off". I was like I hope not because I don't fancy this trip again mid week. The performance - and day - was a complete let down. Hope for better tomorrow.
Wymsey Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Hope we win comfortable and Newcastle are woeful - so Lineker can laugh about it to Shearer.
