NewEnglandFox Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 "Albrighton, Drinkwater, and Schlupp can open us up at will." - True Geordie
ARM1968 Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Newcastle have a few decent players in reality and no game in the Prem is a gimmie. We usually drop a right knacker up there. Just hope this weekend we get the run of the green and play well.
Clever Fox Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Hopefully the weather doesn't play a part and upset our natural attacking style. McClaren is fighting for his job so even though their at home I expect them to approach us with caution. If we get an early goal and don't sit back we could get 3 or 4. As their confidence is suspect. I'd go with Ulloa up top with Vardy. I'm sure he's champing at the bit for a start, also he'll give their defence someone else to think about and create room for Vardy. The rest of the Team picks itself. The one Newcastle player I'd worry about is the winger Peroz. He's quick and direct and could cause Simpson problems. I'm hoping for the win but I'd take a draw right now with a Vardy goal to match the record. He deserves it.
Benguin Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 With regards to Kante' and the France attacks, I live with a French girl (a Parisian in fact) and she has a big heart and was emotional but she still got *****d up last night as per and woke me up in the middle of the night.
AKCJ Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Just seen Conrad logan in players at the gate at in Newcastle xxxx
filbertstreet Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Just seen Conrad logan in players at the gate at in Newcastle xxxx sure it wasn't just an irish bloke on a bench?
NewEnglandFox Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Fun fact: A win at Newcastle would equal the away points haul from last season. Currently 3-3-0, last year was 4-3-12
Vindaloo FOX Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Vardy Ulloa Albrighton Drinky Kante Mahrez Fuchs Wes Huth Danny Kasper if Vardy is out then we should go for Mahrez in the hole, Albrighton right wing and Dyer or Jeff left wing .
Vindaloo FOX Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 very cold day up north after a international break this could be a banana skin if we are not focused . I hope Ulloa starts he seems to enjoy playing vs the Toon and I can see our speed giving Newcastle's slow back line the run around today but as I said can't take this game lightly . get the early goal and get the Toon army turning on their own team would be the perfect start .

MC Prussian Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Just seen Conrad logan in players at the gate at in Newcastle xxxx Getting in early for the matchday commentary, I see.
Leicesterpool Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Had a good night out in the town last night, now buzzing about today. Come On You Foxes!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 No news on Vardy yet... let's hope we play with the intensity we have all season, we will score goals against this Newcastle side
ian_marshall Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Good to see McLaren has done his homework on us. According to his pre match conference we don't concede a lot of goals and and keep plenty of clean sheets. Hope the rest of his preparations are so poor.

I think my hopes of winning this game have gone up 10 fold, Oh my how can he be so wrong... has he actually accidentally been watching reruns of us in the late 90's

AKCJ Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Highlight of last night is definitely seeing Conrad Logan out in The Gate.

Monk Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Just on the rail replacement bus down from Edinburgh. Got a good feeling about today - haven't been to an away game we won for bloody ages. Think Coloccini is going to have a mare with our pace.
filbertstreet Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Whats up with the Newcastle goalkeeper situation?
Corky Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 "Leicester are the best team you'll ever see when they're 2-0 down, but before 2-0 down they're not as impressive". So says Paul Merson. Dear me. We've scored the first goal in six matches this season and five of them we've gone on to win. Yes, we are very good at coming back but also pretty sound after taking the lead as well.
Psihobambi Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Is Whoscored credible ? Ranieri admits that Andrej Kramaric and Shinji Okazaki may miss the trip due to fatigue and they could be joined by Wes Morgan, who may not return from international duty until Friday.
