What he's worth is a matter of perspective and CSKA value him at 18m. So our tester of an offer of around 85% of his valuation is hardly rubbish. It would be rubbish to come steaming in with a 25m bid when CSKA would happily take 18m. Its basic business.

A very good friend of mine is from Moscow and still follows CSKA tirelessly rates him no end and says it's a massive loss if the lose him, he's a major force in Russian league
