Liam Moore back in the frame?

With Benny and RDL gone seems we are sort on cover at the back with maybe Chilwell Wasyl and Armatey the only cover at the back.

Brings the question if CR wants to bring Moore back into the frame.Refusing to let him go to MK Dons yesterday could be a clue.

Lets hope Liam can get his career back on track it seems so long ago now since he was a regular for England U21's and people were were talking about turning down £5m+plus bids.

For whatever reason he has lost his way so maybe staying injury free and a few cameo performances and bringing him back into the first team arena could be exactly what he needs to kick start his career.

why did we get rid of benny seems odd.

He would probably have been 5th choice with Amartey now so wouldn't have got any minutes.

Please god no, this is the guy that wasn't good enough for the championship then relegation fight. What makes you think he's good enough now?

Will go on loan next week.

He's been dog shit in his recent loan spells so I'd be astounded if he were suddenly back in the mix for the country's best placed side. Thankfully Wasyl, Amartey and Fuchs can play at center back so Liam can continue looking pissed off on match days.

If Benny didn't get a look in I can't imagine Moore will. He'll just be shunting around in our sidings til someone rings through with a bit of work for him.

We have 15 games left and a very fit and established back line with Wasilewski ahead in the pecking order.

It is better for us and him for him to be playing and getting some money in for him. Huth and Was can't go on forever so it is a chance for Benny to show what he's got and stake a claim for next season where we will have a lot more games and need to use more of the squad.

As for Moore, I know he hasn't done much recently but we have the same coaches and backroom staff that saw him at his best and may have asked CR to trust them and give him a shot as he was a great prospect and another unsuccessful load spell and it could be the end of him.

Moore is a shit center back at that level lets not kid ourselves. Maybe he can adapt to rb like in the champ? Idk.

Haha - hasn't Manwell mentioned it? All our Academy products are shit and the set-up's more like an extension of social services than anything else! lol

Wouldn't be surprised if we close it next winter and fit the place out as a shelter for the homeless, much like Gary Neville with the old Stock Exchange in Manchester!

The first team can go back to running round Bradgate! Do em good to remember what a bit of suffering's like! lol

Can't be that bad, PSG tried to buy him in a fifa save of mine a while back.

lol

But I wouldn't mine seeing what he can do again... then a decision can be made for summer.

Edit. Words.

Seems like he had a rough spell recently.

I hope we put the effort into helping him improve his game, rather than shouting BIN

Believed he was better than he was. I remember him tweeting and getting annoyed when he wasn't being picked. Rather than work harder and try and understand the reason, he threw a wobbly.

He was awful at Brentford on loan and didn't make the first eleven at Bristol City too often tells you he wasn't the player he was in the beginning.

Think he spent too much time moaning about being dropped, rather than try and understand why he was dropped and trying to put it right.

Mentality problem, and a real shame as undoubted talent, but he obviously thought he was the finished article.

Reminds me of Joe Mattock.
