foxfanazer Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Hilarious! They just don't like the fact we're fimding ways to not only bridge the gap but turn it in our favour. Shocking how many injuries they got and it's by no means a coincidence. Go **** yourselves Gunners
foxfanazer Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Another one I've heard a few people talking about is wanting our team drug testing. Not joking either they genuinely can't get their heads around little old Leicester making a mockery of their overpaid shite
sphericalfox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 We are injecting the spinal fluid of the 3 unicorns we have tied up in a shed at the training ground, into our poorlies. Something tells me that this is going to come out in the open in the summer, and we'll be ejected from the Champs League.
possiblygeorge Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Another one I've heard a few people talking about is wanting our team drug testing. Not joking either they genuinely can't get their heads around little old Leicester making a mockery of their overpaid shite That's when you know we've overtaken them haha!
sylofox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Breaking news. LCFC Docked 30pts for illegal use of Buddhist monks after the premier league bring in emergency ruling to help arsenil.
GaelicFox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 The young lad who leads the warm ups and the warm downs if you watch him he is in tune with his players He really goes through the warm ups and downs with them there is abivuousiy a huge amount of talent there in ten support staff and we are reaping the rewards It's a know fact happy and fulfilled players won't shy off with minor injuries , and most football players at other clubs seem to go missing for weeks with minor injuries
shailen Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Arsenal have beaten us twice so it's nothing to do with us why they are not in first place in the title race. They have messed up against the other teams which we have no control over. It's pathetic and laughable but then again this is Arsenal!! No one wins the title on luck so whoever does win it this season deserves it.
Matt Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Without wishing injury on anyone wouldn't it just be karma if an Arsenal player got injured whilst diving and faking injury.

yag101 Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 The reality is that it's not normal for Arsenal to suffer the number of injuries they do. Their management of players' fitness is absolutely awful. Pretty sure our club held a talk on fitness management a couple of seasons ago that they didn't even attend! As soon as players come back, Arsene has a habit of hurling them straight back into the first team and getting them injured again. And don't even get me started on how they've handled Alexis Sanchez! Although it's more of a rant, Raymond Verheijen (fitness coach) has a go at them and makes some good points. http://talksport.com/football/old-school-arsene-wenger-must-be-blamed-arsenals-injury-problems-raymond-verheijen-tells
Guest ttfn Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 I for one was disgusted when Arsenal won a series of league titles off the back of being the first team to feed their players a diet of pasta and energy drinks rather than ketchup-flavoured Monster Munch and White Lightning.
ian_marshall Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Wenger was once lauded for his approach to fitness and sports science but his methods are now outdated and he and his back room team have failed to adapt. Add in the fact that other teams have progressed massively in this area, and that the demands upon the players have increased significantly as the leagues become more competitive it really doesn't surprise me that they pick up so many injuries. Their nutrition and conditioning seems all wrong to me. If you look at the body shape of the Arsenal player's particularly without their tops on, they are all very lean and carry little body fat throughout the whole season. They are all almost identical in stature and physique, which suggests that they're all following the same/similar training and diet programmes, with little thought for individual needs/genetic differences. It is very demanding on the human body to maintain such low levels of body fat for prolonged periods and can be counter productive to the body's ability to repair itself. Of course each individual will handle such demands differently with some coping easily and others struggling, but you have to tailor the training to the individual. Contrast that to our player's, most of which are incredibly fit individuals but aren't necessarily the leanest however are a healthy weight. They are conditioned to the demands of their role. Where our Sports Science team excel is in their Periodisation. For the last 3 season's the team seem to be at their fittest in the final run in, which suggests their training has been designed to enable them to reach their peak fitness levels at this point in time. It really works well as you can see other teams look physically exhausted by this point in the season and also tactically enables us to maintain our high tempo of play. I genuinely think that this is what got us out of the mess last season. The Sports Science team are also very good at at managing the load placed upon the players. The team know the players limits and when to rest them therefore sharing the physical load, unlike other teams that ignore the individuals limits, push them to play and then wonder later down the line why their player has so many niggling injuries. The great thing about all of this is that if the likes of Arsenal want to poach our best scientific talents we have an almost bottomless pit of replacement Masters and PhD students graduating out of not only the best Sporting University in the County, but also the UK. Long may our success continue.
Itsthejoeker Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Doping control were at the Norwich game, so they'll have to fish again
Super_horns Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Accusing others of doping doesn't seem to be the best thing to do on a public forum? If reported to lawyers or something the posters making such allegations could get into trouble... Its not your fault Arsenal have such a bad injury record due to their poor medical team.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 The money the owners have invested, the understanding that Pearson had of the importance of sports science and the way Ranieri has embraced the system the club has of putting absolute trust in its medical and analytical professionals behind the scenes is as big a part in our success as the tactical coaching and quality on the pitch. No point having the best players in the world if their always out with mid-term injuries, ask Man City.
pazzerfox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Arsenal fans come up with a conspiracy theory because our players aren't complete fannys!!!!
FantasticMrFox&Son Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Apart from the science that we employ regarding individual players fitness regimes, we have something else that Arsenal don't have. Belief in each other, Team Spirit, Desire and never giving up. They have a bunch of spoilt pampered individuals who think they simply deserve the title. Would love to see them NOT make the top 4 this year, their reaction would be priceless.
Vestan Pance Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 I've been to Belvoir Drive, it's my understanding they have a genetically modified 8 and a half foot Riyad Mahrez in a lock up down there, and several biomass powered clones of N'Golo. They are almost ready to be released on the Champions League should we get there.
Vlad the Fox Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 We are injecting the spinal fluid of the 3 unicorns we have tied up in a shed at the training ground, into our poorlies. I'm just hoping the mirror don't find out about the mermaid massages going on in the tub post match.
Danizen Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Those Arsenal fans have obviously been conditioned to believe that the number of injuries they sustain is the norm. Any club that doesn't get 15+major injuries a season is obviously cheating. Bell ends.
BoyJones Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Vardy always has some dope when he plays matches, usually the opposition centre half.
SpacedX Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Arsenal fans come up with a conspiracy theory because our players aren't complete fannys!!!! No, half a dozen individuals have tweeted it and a laddo sensationalist online equivalent to FHM magazine have turned it into an article which has now spawned two pages on FT.
Leicester_Numan Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 FFS - a sensationalist contrived online piece, containing half a dozen fringe tweets and it's 'Arsenal fans and their conspiracy theory'. Even the headline reads 'some Arsenal fans'. Perhaps you should contact them for a copywriting job? Go back to bed. Trust me, there were much more than half a dozen from both Arsenal and Spurs fans and it's been going on for quite a while, including allegations of match fixing ffs.
SpacedX Posted 6 March 2016 Posted 6 March 2016 Trust me, there were much more than half a dozen from both Arsenal and Spurs fans and it's been going on for quite a while, including allegations of match fixing ffs. I was referring to both the article itself and the tenuous content culled from six tweets. Beyond that, I'd be fascinated to see the links and sources that you refer to.
