Gerard Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Such a massive game, win this and there is real pressure on Tottenham to win on Sunday. If we win and they don't they'll think they've as good as lost it. Drop points and it will be a huge lift for Spurs. Our next five games are our easiest on paper, we have to try and win the title now by putting these teams to the sword. Draws aren't that great for us, we need to go there with only a win will do mentality.
Foxymcoxy Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Judging from Pardews presser, he isn't planning on parking the bus. Maybe it's just mind games but if not then it is in our hands more than ever, play well and we will win. Hopefully we can get back to our best. Vardy goal would be nice as well.
gurru991 Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Wow !! I just had a huge panic attack when I thought TSN were not carrying the game in Canada tomorrow... I had to phone my service provider to confirm it is on TV for me

limeydale Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Looking at the scores from the recent past and in hopes of another clean sheet i'm going for a 2-0 scoreline for us. Hoping Vardy get's one.
Number 6 Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Normally play poorly here and in the past we've been generous to sides who need to break a bad run, bit think they suit the way we currently play. Bolasie and Zaha are dangerous, but we have defensive full backs so will make their jobs a little harder. Also less cover for their own full backs which gives Vardy channels to exploit and Mahrez space to work his magic. We're away from home too and not necessarily expected to win easily. Plus Spurs don't play until Sunday. Think the pressure is slightly less than on previous games. They are gonna be dangerous from set pieces though and that worries me a bit. Gonna have to remain organised and disciplined. If Pardew makes it a chess game then he's done exactly what Ranieri wants.
FireFox Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Drempt Huth scored from an Albrighton free kick to make it 0-2.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Less than a day to go, getting exciting now Come on Leicester Up the Foxes Leicester win
themoralkiosk Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Anyone know of any pubs in Leicester likely to be screening this one? I quite fancy watching this with some atmosphere rather than on my laptop...
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Didn't get a ticket to this one. How about pubs in London? Famous Three Kings in South Ken?
biggs Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 We will knock Palace for six on Saturday and the Sunday match will be that much more enjoyable. Find myself watching all games now. Have a great feeling about this game after what appeared like a few nerves in the last match. Bounce back time in performance for sure and Pardew will have his players so tense, they will continue their collapse.
surrifox Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 I have terrible record of predictions so will go for a 1-1 on this occasion

Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Matchpint.com will tell you where is showing it Thanks for that, although I'm not up for travelling to Newport, Bolton or West Super-Mare! As it's Palace I'd be amazing if no London pub had it on via a dodgy satellite
lestajigs Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 I find it absolutely staggering that some so-called expert pundits are still expecting Leicester City to come unstuck. Take no notice of Merson and as for Lawro I don't think he's predicted one correct result for us so far this season. What a hapless bunch. Maybe because our poor nervy performance on Monday
st albans fox Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 They have lost 5 on the bounce at home. Statistically, we have a mountain to climb if we want a win.
Guest ttfn Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 People keep saying "we don't do well at Palace" but mainly that's because we've had a crap team for most of the last 15 years. In the last 10 years we've won 2 drawn 2 lost 4, which is about what you'd expect away from home against a side which has over that period been broadly at a similar level to us. By comparison in the home fixtures over that period we've won 4, drawn 3, lost 2. Our record's not bad at all. It's not good - but it's not bad.

From memory, people said we don't do well at West Ham, Everton, Spurs and others but we've blown all of those old records out of the water this season. No reason we can't continue the trend tomorrow...
Clever Fox Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 I think the Sun shining will bring the best out of us, especially Mahrez. If we score first I think we will go on to win comfortably. If we have to chase a goal then it could get tricky. we also need to stop giving away silly free kicks in dangerous areas. Onwards and upwards we go.

Was thinking about this earlier - I reckon it's to do with the nature of the defeats. Obviously last year's game stands out with the expectation levels after the win over Man United and the good start we'd had. Also the opening day defeat under Sousa when we were interested to see how a new passing style would work out and it turned out to be a pile of shite and we were 3-0 down at half time. Then there were three games in the mid-2000s when we lost 2-0 or 2-1 and it just seemed like a place we were always destined to lose. The weird win where we played 3-5-2 with Liam Moore and Tom Kennedy as wing-backs just seemed like a bizarre anomaly. That night when Berner scored in a 1-0 win was absolutely brilliant though. A classic away win. Great night.
simFox Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 Leicester will play like the team they are and come back with a result. I don't care anyway, we're in champions league next year, that's good enough for me. Job done this year lads.
fuchsntf Posted 18 March 2016 Posted 18 March 2016 This season has been about turning, the historical consistent bad statistics around , turning them on their head. I dont want Palace to go down, they are THE small London club, but I have always liked Pardew , no matter where hes been he trys to get his teams to play. Tomorrow is hard to predict, if CP get a sniff, if even behind, they are capable of ruining anybodys weekend.I hope their day tomorrow, ruins Spurs and Arsenals.... Another one of those border-line coincidences. 1969!!! could CP do a 'Leicester city' of old. Reach the Fa cup final, and go down. Though not long ago Wigan achieved for the 1st time the "Double" Cup win then relegation.

I'd be gutted to be honest and to lose it to Spuds would be gut wrenching. God. We've been top for so long now (Spurs haven't been top at any stage), for them to nick it off us now would be bloody unbearable!
