ElusiveEd Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Sorry if this is posted elsewhere but I need to get this off my chest. I DESPISE THIS MAN. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3573421/You-never-saw-Keith-Vaz-Leicester-scarf-week-talk-jumping-bandwagon-MP-accused-glory-supporting-wears-team-s-colours-Commons-second-day-running.html EVEN MORE NOW!
Izzy Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Be a lover, not a hater. All my anger has gone since we WON THE PREMIER LEAGUE and I've got no energy left to be angry at anything football related right now. Just basking in the glory of our greatness and nothing else matters..
Langston Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Be a lover, not a hater. All my anger has gone since we WON THE PREMIER LEAGUE and I've got no energy left to be angry at anything football related right now. Just basking in the glory of our greatness and nothing else matters.. Bang on. I don't like Vaz but I'm finding it hard to get wound up by anything at the moment, even the sun's appeared.
NewEnglandFox Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 You tea drinkers hate the Labor now too? But **** the Tory's, am I right? But seriously, why is anyone even giving this any attention and why do "journalists" think referring to tweets that basically no one saw is evidence for anything. Politicians love to draw attention to themselves, something like wearing a Leicester scarf in parliament obviously did. And the journalists took the bait and now the Leicester faithful can bitch about it as well.
Monsell1976 Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Vaz is a leech, jumping on the band wagon of the clubs success, he will find some corrupt way of making a few quid. How the **** this bloke gets elected I will never know, even his own community must see he's corrupt. Think most politicians are corrupt in one form or another. Don't know which one to dislike more, soulsby or vaz
GloverFox Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 ... nice gesture for the house to agree what a fantastic achievement ... but it always ends up as a political 'football' ( no pun intended) and as such should just be left as a well done and 'move on' agenda item ... I do feel the 'real' supporters of the game out there have already expressed the delight of the average Joe/ Joette so eloquently and beautifully across the country and that's what this victory should be ... a coming together of footballs fans at at great performance. I just caught Jurgen Klopps statement on Sky Sports News, part of his news interview ... and what a brilliantly open heart felt and honest 'well done, because they deserved it for being the best this season' statement ... Massive compliment to Liverpool and the manager for being up front in their support of Leicester achievement this season ... Outstanding sportsmanship.
Happy Fox Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 No doubt he has got a free ticket for the Everton (h) game..
Raj Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 You think all the people beeping horns and down the KP on Monday night were hardcore lcfc fans?? We better get used to the mass bandwagon jumpers... To be fair atleast he is Leicester East MP!!! I'd be more worried if it was George Galloway!!!
Jace Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 I don't really know much about him as I am not from Leicester but his speech in parliament was just pure cringe
I blame Wellens Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Yes can't disagree. Mind you Daily Mail is a rag too
ThaiFox Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Dreadful man, who loves himself, milking the occasion. I hate it when politicians get involved in these things to try and look 'one of the people'. Cameron's (doesn't he support West Ham Villa?) comments about Lineker's MOTD in pants, was equally bad and they just make themselves look idiots.

RedSoxUK Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 I try not to be angry anymore, or critical so I keep myself back from stuff like.. BUT, CAN, HE, PLAY, RIGHT, BACK!! Surprised he was not down the KP after Spurs v Chelsea with the other non-footballing fans of Leicester. to be honest, let anyone associated with Leicester milk it, it's the only time people can.
Vacamion Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 WHERE IS THE VAN? IT'S NOT A KEITH VAZ THREAD WITHOUT THE VAN.

He was down there. Some lad called him a cvnt right to his face. Awkward smile followed
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 As someone who has never lived in Leicester can someone explain to me how everyone seems to hate this bloke so much, yet he keeps getting re-elected?
Wymsey Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 What's he actually done to attain a 'legendary' political status in Leicester?
Phube Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 As much as I don't like the guy, he actually helped us out in our darkest hours. If I remember correctly He personally petitioned the Inland Revenue to give us more time when they came calling during our administration.
