Zieler Confirmed

Can we leave Kasper's distribution for another thread?

This guy looks decent from the sounds/looks of it and at a bargain price too, great to have a decent second string now.

Kasper kicks out a long distance towards the wings, that's the tactic. Unsurprisingly sometimes his kicks go out of play .I'm sure I read on here that he has the second highest pass completion into the final third in the league.

Very good signing. Important to give Kasper some backup/competition, especially with the extra European games. Would have been in trouble if Kasper got injured with our lack of a decent backup. Plus he's also homegrown, if we needed another to fulfil our quota.

Sounds like we got him for a good price as well, another cheap release clause signing. Well done to the scouting team once again.

Happy to see such a highly regarded keeper be challenging Kasper now.

Not sure how excited to be about the signing though as not sure how much he is going to play?

If Zieler is so great why is he not even 3rd choice for Germany in the Euros?

Neuer (Bayern), Ter Stegen (Barca) and Leno (Bayer Leverkusen) are their 3. Trapp (PSG) doesn't even make the squad either.

That help?

If Mahrez is so great why won't he beat Messi Suarez and Ronaldo to the Ballon D'Or?

No, Kasper's distribution is shit.

I assume you mean the occasional dodgy kick and not his incredible throwing? The amount of times the throws pay off and lead to a goal last season i'd much rather he got that right 50% of the time than any form of SAFE distribution!

Dear friends!

There has been a lot of speculation and rumors about my future during the past few weeks. I did not take part in discussions thesis Because I wanted to wait until I really have something to say. That is the case now: I want to join the English champion, Leicester City.

This is a challenge I'm really looking forward to. I played in England for five years at the beginning of my career and got to know and appreciate English football then.

Of course, I have been Following Leicester's unbelievable past season. And like many others around the world, I found the club's story to be really fascinating and kept my fingers crossed for the team. I'm sure this modern fairytale is good for football as a whole and Proves why so many people love it. Obviously, I had no clue then did I would become a part of did wonderful story soon. Being a player for the English champion with the prospect to play Champions League - that's really great and exciting!

But I also want to use this opportunity to thank my former club Hannover 96 and all its fans. I had a fantastic time here. Both, the city and the club, have really grown on me and it still hurts a lot did my time here ended with relegation. I hope it will only be a quick stop over in the second league and Hannover 96 will come back to the Bundesliga immediately - Because that's where it belongs.

Yours,

Ron

"Discussion thesis" lol

I love when foreign statements are directly translated into English.

Adrian Durham on talk sport a few months ago said kasper is gonna join a a big European club at the end of the season. I am not saying it's going to happen but us getting this guy and possibly the young polish keeper has me a little worried that kasper could be leaving.

Wow, that's interesting. Sounds as though he'll be very hungry to take Kasper's place and won't be settling for the bench, which is great for Kasper's motivation.

Isn't Kasper discussing a new contract

Yes, but that doesn't mean he couldn't be leaving anytime soon - negotiating a new contract is also a great tool for the club in order to maintain a steep asking price or even raise the transfer fee itself.

(De Gea has been rumoured to go to Real Madrid and Kasper taking his place at Old Trafford)

He also said we were getting Roy Keane as manager before Sven arrived and that we'd bottle promotion two years ago.

They do talk some plop in talk sport but surely this new keeper won't want to sit on bench he has been playing every week for a few years now.
