Very few people seem to actually rate this guy. What does he even bring to the way we play now? He's not a 10, he doesn't play out wide. He doesn't play the Okazaki role, and when we dispensed with Okazaki to play with 2 CFs we looked toilet, so Okazaki should play. He never takes Vardy off so theres no room there. With Musa looking decent and deployable wide it looks like we're about to spend 30 million on someone to come on for Okazaki after 70 minutes and get in the box a bit. Not worth it. Are we changing system or what?

 

No, the fact this is all happening now is not panic, it's more to do with our favorable champions league draw- owners have seen it and realized we have a chance of progressing out of the group which is worth even more money

youd have thought people would reAlise that just because another person doesn't rate someone means jak shit to our scouting network... 

 

Besides, I'd argue the point he isn't rated...

This is a chance for LCFC to make a place for them in the PL

I reckon LCFC keeping their title is unlikely but a top 6 finish is for the taking , plus a quarter finals in the CL and winning a cup title 

this means LCFC will attract better players year by year 

but for this to happen you need to bring enough quality this year to secure these objectives 

Depth is essential and LCFC got lucky with injuries last year but with more CL games and the intensity will that happen again ? doubtful , already Mendy is injured 

LCFC gotta spend like everyone else to compete, last year was like a fairy tale and it won't happen again for the next 100 years

I think Kante was on a few peoples radar hence he expected a bigger move and only ended up here when a few other teams decided they weren't paying thee asking price. Christian Fuchs has always largely been considered a good top level left back, Albrighton was offered a deal by Villa (not Stoke) but we offered him more money. We paid good dollar to Forest give what Morgan had achieved in his career at the time (we were also in the Championship when he signed) 

 

Not that your point is wrong of course, just think people exaggerate with the whole "team of rejects" thing.

I am not saying LCFC will not win the PL again fr the next 100 years , if they keep pushing for top 6 and improving squad quality year by  year , they will win it for sure a la chelsea, man city ...Etc , hope LCFC make use of this title won last year to bring some more 

Blackburn won the league in 95 where are they now ,

Leeds had a great time early 00's where are they now as well
