Ulloa bids?

Seeing as we've done so much signing of late, if we were to sell Leo, we would potentially have only Shinji up front.

Any day now, transfer team. Sign someone.

Yeah it's not like people are taking a well earned holiday while a major tournament is being played or anything, sign some ****ers you useless twats.

I really do struggle to see what our scouts and transfer team adds to this club I really do.

Coming in a little hot there, don't you think?

It's the Euros and the Copa America, true. I would think that the business of scouting and signing players goes on, despite those tournaments. If we wait until their conclusions, we will have less than 20 or so days to figure out who starts for us on the opening day.

Wait. Are we going to have any players left?! We have a small squad as it is, now kante, vardy, mahrez, kasper, inler, James are rumoured to be leaving along with Leo now. Not forgetting kramaric has already left.

Actually, I do miss the doom & gloom days of the past. Makes me feel nostalgic in a way. Any game from the 2007/2008 season brings back the memories - and the color grey.

On my way up to the attic, retrieving that panic button I haven't used in a long, long time.

All I'm saying is I can't believe we haven't signed anyone yet despite the window not opening. Genuine meltdown.

Was worth his transfer fee for what he did to Swansea alone. We were all shitting ourselves and he just lead the line like a hero. Would miss him but if we are looking for strikers, I think he will be easier to replace than Vardy.

My post was merely tongue in cheek, purely pointing out the seemingly endless speculation involving our players. I'm on a high my friend, just like the rest of us. I don't want to lose any of our heroes.

Really like Leo, seems a top bloke but would be nice to see him as a first choice striker in the Premier League as I can't see that happening here. Boro would be a nice club for him, they've had some decent South Americans in their time.

It's something we've got to live with, I'm afraid. Either our players are sought after because they're young and talented and now come with the label "title experience" or other clubs want to snatch them off us in order to weaken our status and standing within the league as it is right now (the Bayern Munich approach).

Whether we lose or keep our heroes is irrelevant insofar as that it's about whom we can bring in to compensate the departure that matters.

But yeah, it'd be nice if we could keep the team together as it is for another few years.

Agree. He's been such a great signing at crucial points, Norwich, West Ham, and I can still see his piping neck veins when I close my eyes. Simply for all that it'd be fantastic if he stayed. But if we sign two strikers, keep Vardy then he'll still be behind Shinji, since he can't replace shinji's space-making role. Reallh hope he stays though!

Hope not. I'd keep Ulloa personally. He scored six goals and that's not playing every game up front with Vardy. Last season he played a vast majority of every game up front and scored 11 (?) goals as I recall.

On form he's a real goalscorer, he can handle pressure in front of goal, brings others into the game and gets himself into the right positions with his striker instinct. Don't get me wrong I'd like us to sign more strikers, but if Ulloa is happy to stay, I'd keep him.

I hope he doesn't go - he's been a fantastic servant to the club and think he'll get plenty of game time next year.

I don't think I'll ever forget the West Ham penalty, so cool and stylish under tremendous pressure

.... or the Norwich winner.

Apart from being our top scorer and gaining crucial points in winning the title, the blokes done fu*k all. Get rid of him.

He's done exactly what was asked of him time and time again when coming off the subs bench

Rather lose Okizaki than Ulloa. Felt Ulloa provided some pretty important goals for us an he's the only guy tall enough to lob it to.
